This villa was perfect for our 2 week stay. It is an awesome location and pictures are very accurate with respect to the unit itself. The host was very easy to work with on every aspect of our stay. She even checked in halfway through our trip to make sure everything was okay. I have never stayed at a property that was better equipped…from the kitchen, to beach stuff, games, linens, etc! I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Beautiful condo! We have stayed at several over the years and this is by far our favorite. Well stocked with everything we needed, plenty of space. Cheryl was wonderful about answering questions we had prior to arrival. We will definitely be coming back!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our visit to Hilton Head. Condo was clean and conveniently located mid island close to everything. We loved walking to the beach. Owners were very accommodating and allowed us to check in a few hours early. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Queens Grant. It had everything we needed. We packed laundry and dishwasher pods but didn’t even need them. We only had one question about parking and it was answered very quickly by the hosts. We will definitely stay here again when staying in Palmetto.

Super Convenient Stay

This Villa was the perfect size for our family of 5 and was super convenient in terms of location, ease of access, kitchen appliances and utensils, kids toys and games, and bathroom supplies. The secluded outdoor shower was particularly useful when returning from the sandy beach.

Great Condo - Would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. The condo was clean and just as it appeared in photos. There was everything we needed in the condo including beach items. We enjoyed how close the condo was to the beach! Great place overall!

Fun first time!

Our first time to Hilton Head. Our villa was in a great location, close to general store, and pickle ball courts. Short walk to the beach. Pools close by. Very nice property!! Owners were great to work with!

Hilton head always delivers. Great place, spacious and easy to navigate. Walkable to general store and golf course/ tennis club. Bike ride to beach. Bike at house has flat but otherwise delightful!

Awesome stay!

Will book again. Very nice place and location. Had beach supplies such as chairs and boogie boards. The bike tires were flat but that was ok cause if you didn't want to walk just call the shuttle and they will take you and pick you up at no cost.

Great stay at Queens Grant

We had a great time during our stay. It was just myself and my two young kids (6 and 2) in town for a family reunion. The unit was great - easy parking and quick drive to the beach. I was grateful for the closet full of toys which kept my son happily occupied one afternoon, and the blackout curtains in both bedrooms which helped the kids sleep. Would book again!

Lovely home and perfect location

Lovely clean, well supplied home. Added bonus of a sunny patio, with a well working grill. The villa is perfectly located, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bike trails. You could park your car and not need it for the entire trip. Very professional hosts. Communicated well and promptly. Check in and out we’re very easy with clear instructions.

First time to Hilton Head

Condo was very nice. Resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Very bike friendly as is the entire island. TV was a little tricky to use for streaming services, wifi wouldn’t stay connected. Outdoor seating area is just a fenced in area, not much to look at. Could use a fan out there. Pool is very close to unit which was great. General store(ice cream) is within walking distance which was awesome.

Fabulous owner

This is the first time we have stayed in Palmetto dunes. This condo is perfectly located. It was near the pool, driving range and a short walk, or bike ride to the beach and the Pickleball court. The owner was the best one we have ever dealt with in regards to renting a property. Anytime I had a question or concern response was immediate. They get a 5+ plus plus stars. The condo was listed as newly renovated. It was good, but there was definitely some wear and tear but that’s probably to be assumed with a beach rental.
