Silvester Trip Kurtatsch

Wir (5köpfige Familie) hatten wundervolle Tage in Kurtatsch und Umgebung. Die Wohnung hat ins sehr gefallen und sie war genauso wie beschrieben. Die Vermieterin Karin ist sehr nett und Sie hat uns auch einige gute Tipps gegeben was man unternehmen kann. Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Karin war sehr gut. Die Vermieterin hat uns behindert Schlüsselübergabe viele wichtige Tips und Informationen gegeben die wir dann auch einige genutzt haben. Die Wohnung ist top renoviert, sehr modern und sehr gepflegt. Alles super. Für sie E-Bikes gibt es einen separaten Raum des das unterstellen sehr einfach und sicher rmacht. 👍

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung im Weinort Kurtatsch

Die Wohnung ist in einem kleinen Haus wunderschön modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten hier alles was wir uns nur wünschen konnten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und offen und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Belle maison rénovée sur la route des vins

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Karine, la propriétaire, qui nous a donné de bons conseils de visites et nous a remis un wine pass. La maison est spacieuse, remarquablelent bien décorée et offre un beau point de vue sur les vignes et la vallée.

Tolle Urlaubswoche

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in diesem modern renovierten Ferienhaus. Karin, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und engagiert. Vom Hauseingang/Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Es gibt viele abwechslungsreiche Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung und ywWanderwege direkt vor Ort. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Rundum gelungen: idyllisch gelegen, gute Busanbindung, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, schöne Spazierwege direkt ab Haustür, nahe Orte sehenswert. Sehr schön und funktional eingerichtet, gemütlicher Lesesessel, gute Beleuchtung, neues Inventar, ansprechende Optik. Freundliche, schnelle und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Uneingeschränkt sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren eine Woche hier im Urlaub. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern (wie auf den Bildern). Außerdem war das Haus sehr sauber. Wir haben sehr viele nützliche und tolle Tipps bekommen, auch zu Orten und Veranstaltungen die nur Einheimische kennen. Insbesondere das Freibad in Tramin hat uns gut gefallen. Bozen ist ca. jede halbe Stunde gut mit den Öffis erreichbar. Die Fahrt ist mit dem Weinpass kostenlos. Außerdem hat man freien Eintritt in viele Museen (z.B. Ötzi Museum in Bozen). Die Gastgeberin war immer sehr freundlich und engagiert. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist frisch saniert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist großzügig ausgestattet, auch ein Bidet ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man für die Essenszubereitung und für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten benötigt. Die Gastgeberin Frau Estfeller ist charmant und professionell auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen, gab uns tolle Tipps für interessante Unternehmungen, ist immer erreichbar, falls mal ein Problem auftritt. Für uns ein Volltreffer, wir behalten uns vor, wiederzukommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Toller Ausblick über das Tal. Die Kommunikation mit der netten Vermieterin hat hervorragend geklappt. Unsere wegen Stau verspätete Anreise war kein Problem. Wir haben tolle Tipps bezüglich Restaurants, Ausflügen etc. erhalten. Vielen Dank! Gerne wieder!

Ideal für Familien

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal um diverse Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Karin hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, um uns über Ausflug Tipps oder Restaurant Vorschläge zu informieren…. Eine tolle Wohnung- eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin!

Das sehr gut und zeitgemäß ausgestattete Haus ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem mit guter Infrastruktur. Es dürfte sich vermutlich um das sauberste Objekt handeln, in dem wir je Urlaub machen durften. Der Check-in und auch die weitere Kommunikation mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin war reibungslos und äußerst hilfreich. Es gab auch während des Aufenthaltes bei Bedarf Tipps, vor allem für geeignete Touren/Ausflüge. Von unserer Seite gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Es ist modern und hell, die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Selten so eine gepflegte Ferienwohnung gehabt und wir haben schon oft so geurlaubt, Top!!! Etwas nachteilig ist, was man der sehr netten Vermieterin natürlich nicht „ankreiden“ kann, der Straßenverkehr vor dem Haus, der ganztägig „läuft“. Ansonsten ein schönes Haus im beschaulich entspannten Kurtatsch!!!

Wunderbar 😊

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alle wichtigen Dinge sind vorhanden. Bezüglich der Lage-im Gegensatz zu Tramin oder Kaltern ist hier wesentlich mehr Ruhe angesagt, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Wer trotzdem in die Stadt will, Bozen oder Trient sind nicht weit und eine Reise wert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Karin hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, was man unternehmen kann. Gerade um die Osterzeit wird es voll am Kalterer See, da ist man froh, wenn es Alternativen gibt. Als Familie ist es uns wichtig, dass alles kinderfreundlich ist. Unser Sohn hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem der kleine Bach, direkt neben dem Haus hatte es ihm angetan. Auch, als es Probleme um die Buskarte gab, war Karin direkt zur Stelle. Eine solche Vermieterin kann man sich nur wünschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder...
