Absolutely wonderful house that exceeded our expectations. The decour was very cool. I need to hire whomever decorated this place! Host was wonderful and the neighborhood was really nice. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this home over Derby weekend with three couples, and it was perfect for our group. The house was newly renovated, very clean, and thoughtfully laid out so each couple had their own space. The hosts (Mark and Logan) were incredibly communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. Truly above and beyond. Neighborhood is safe and great - a couple nice coffee spots down the street and close to the Friday night Barnstable Brown Party (we could walk to/from, but far enough away that we didn’t hear the noise/music). We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

It is beyond charming and close to parks, restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay there every time I am back in Louisville! We were 8 adults in town for the KY Derby.

Why they chose this property
Our house used to be the eyesore of the neighborhood - run down and neglected, but with so much potential. After purchasing, we started a full renovation adding over 2,000 square feet to the original home. Working alongside a stellar team of architects, designers and contractors, the old character and the charming details have been preserved, and we are extremely proud of how the home turned out.
