Detached, comfortably furnished 160 sqm villa in a fantastic location with 2000 sqm beautiful garden, in the middle of an olive grove with a wonderful sea view. The house has private access to two picturesque sandy bays.
The individual and particularly loving furnishings not only allow comfortable living but also reflect the special Greek atmosphere of the rural surroundings.
The spacious living / dining area with fireplace and open kitchen leads to a large terrace with pergola and wonderful sea views.
The open, very Greek roof beam construction underlines the spaciousness of the living / dining area.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, face the sea and have a small, private terrace.
The spacious bathroom and guest toilet are complemented by an outdoor shower, which further emphasizes the special closeness to nature.
