Tolle Woche mit schönem Ausblick, aber nichts für Ruhesuchende

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, aber es war echt laut von der Straße, besonders am Wochenende. Aber man kann nicht alles haben: zentrale Lage mit fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit von Strand, Geschäften, Restaurants usw. Der tolle Ausblick aufs Meer und den Hafen entschädigt dafür.

Appartement is super, alles erop en eraan, top zicht op st Maxime , beach, haven en plaisance, Daarentegen moet je wel zeer mobiel zijn , trappen van derde om op vierde te geraken, garage zeer smal , zeker ook geen break kan erin, ingang van straat voor de garage , dikwijls geblokkeerd door personen dat er komen parkeren en dat je niet binnen of buiten kunt. Had nog geluk dat ik buiten seizoen was.

Toller Aussicht auf's Meer

Die Lage ist hervorragend im Zentrum und zum Strand. Panoramafenster mit wunderschönem Meerblick, allerdings fehlt hier ein Sonnenschutz. Kopfkissen und Betten sind mäßig bequem. Garage im Hof ist zwar eng aber gut nutzbar. Wohnung über Aufzug gut erreichbar. Auch im Herbst mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist die Straße sehr laut. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sauberkeit war mäßig (unter den Betten nicht gesäubert). In der Dusche nachts eine Kakerlake entdeckt, daher 2 Tage früher abgereist.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Alles zusammen super Am panorama Fenster könnte eine höhere Absperrung (geländer) sein, zwecks Kinderschutz. Konnten das Fenster nie öffnen da die Gefahr besteht das Kleinkinder hoch klettern. Sehr gepflegte Wohnung Leider kein WLAN vorhanden

Lumineux et quelle vue sur st tropez!

Appartement suffisamment spacieux pour 4, très lumineux car traversant. Au dernier étage dans un immeuble des années 60 70 très bien entretenu et calme, la vue est très belle sur la plage du centre, sur le pont emblématique de sainte Maxime, sur st tropez au loin !

Schöne Lage

Sehr schön und zentral gelegen mit kurzem Zugang zu schönem sandigem Badestrand. Wunderbare Aussicht auf den Golf von Saint Tropez. Wohnung geräumig aber Badezimmer sehr bescheiden. Es fehlt eindeutig eine Sonnenstore für das Wohnzimmer, so dass sich im Sommer eine Bruthitze entwickelt. Klimaanlagen in Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Garage und Garagenzufahrt für grosse Autos sehr eng! Für Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung, für länger zu hoher Preis für die gebotene Leistung.

Wohnung in der ersten Reihe mit hohem Geräuschpe

Schöne, moderne Wohnung in der 3 Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Blick auf Strand und Hafen von St. Maxime. Strand auf anderer Straßenseite, Geschäfte in fußläufiger Entfernung. Wohnung in gutem Zustand, Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Garage im Hof. Leider entschädigt der tolle Blick über die Bucht nicht ganz für den hohen Geräuschpegel, der Tag und Nacht von der Uferstraße heraufdröhnt. Selbst mitten in der Nacht röhren Motorräder oder werden Altglascontainer geleert.

Moyen à cause de ….

Déçue par le froid dans les toilettes (14degre) cause pas de fenêtres ce fait même température dans l entrée , pas de couvertures pour les petits lits, pas de chauffage en arrivant, un seul trousseau de clés et badge pour ascenseur donc on ne peux pas sortir individuellement !!!et des draps propres mais tachés, pas agréable et ménage moyen et pas fait sous les canapés on a trouvé un chausson d enfant !!! Il manque de confort

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous séjournons dans cet appartement. Très bien décoré, superbe vue et proche de toutes les commodités. Le garage est très apprécié. Petite suggestion : 1 lit de 160cm serait un petit plus pour parfaire ces vacances. Nous reviendrons !

What you see is what you get

Heerlijk, gerenoveerd, ruim appartement, zonnig ingericht, op een toplocatie met alles wat je nodig hebt: 2 slaapkamers, airco, fans, regendouche, vaatwasser, wasmachine, alles aanwezig om zelf te koken. Op loopafstand van centrum, aan het strand, eigen garage, lift, schoon. Rustig appartementencomplex met bewoners (geen schreeuwerige vakantiegangers): Aanrader!

Top Aussicht

Auch dieses Jahr waren wir wieder von Lage und Aussicht begeistert. Allerdings hinsichtlich der Wohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein (nur ein Deckel für alle Töpfe und Pfannen, keine Eierbecher, keine Tischdecke oder Unterlagen.) Wegen starker Sonneneinstrahlung wäre eine Markise sinnvoll. Geärgert hat uns, das wir in diesem Jahr für die Nutzung des WIFI pro Tag € 5,60 (knapp € 40 / Woche) bezahlen mußten; pro Monat stolze € 168. Letztes Jahr inclusive.
