Beautiful new construction home! This clean and spacious 3-bedroom home has 5 queen size beds sleeping 10 comfortably. Large rooms with high ceilings. Granite countertops and modern furnishings throughout. Fire pit and outdoor sitting area to relax.

This property is 4 min (1.4 miles) from Angostura Reservoir. One of the great large reservoirs in the Black Hills. Easy access to the boat dock and beaches. Walleye fishing is a favorite at this lake. Along the waterfront extends 3.2 miles of paved pathway great for biking or walking. Sailboats and kayaks are available for rent at the nearby beach.

Want a break from the lake, check out the famous and gorgeous Southern Hills 18 Hole Golf Course, Mammoth Site, and Cascade Springs (swimming hole/waterfall) in the nearby city.

Terrific place to stay

The property is beautiful; it is spacious, very clean and suited our party of six nicely. We spent most our time out on motorcycles, but there are plenty of activity options on and around the property to keep guests entertained during their stay. The property manager is friendly and responds promptly to all inquiries...she was great to work with.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the quiet mornings and the peaceful atmosphere. Had an accurate listing but we did find missing a few small things that would have made the stay more homelike; like a broom with dust pan, a microwave, and a better solution for our clothes. Either a dresser or a stand/ chair in the room to put our luggage on. Pictures show garages, the listing should state garages are not for use. Non of these things detoured our fun and enjoyment and have recommended this spot when retelling of our fun in South Dakota.

Fun in the Sun

Property owner was fantastic in communicating. As indicated, this is a new build so everything was in working order. Wi-Fi wasn’t established yet but that was a nonissue for our group. Very close to the lake.
