Sandy Beach Just Steps Away - oceanfront condo in Key Colony Beach, FL

Enjoy our beautiful swimmable and private sandy beach, heated pool, Tiki Hut with picnic table and beach front lounge chairs and umbrellas. Stroll the beach and collect sea shells. Play a shuffle board game, with your family. Relax under umbrellas and listen to the breeze.

Nearby you will find many restaurants and activities. Biking, golfing, fishing, kayaking and snorkeling are just some activities that are easily find in our area. Visiting Dolphin Research Center, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters or the Turtle Hospital with your children and make them feel closer to the nature.

The unit is in a middle building, on the ground floor with no stairs, so you can easily access our beautiful beach and a nice refreshing pool.

Key Colony Beach is located just in the middle of Florida Keys. It lies directly south of the Marathon city and accessed from the highway by the Sadowski Causeway. We are 55 miles north of Key West and 110 miles south of Miami. A quite, tropical place to relax and enjoy The Keys.

Nice clean condo! Bottom floor perfect for no stairs. These are old school Florida but well kept. On site pool was enjoyable. And the private beach was beautiful! My grandson enjoyed playing there everyday! Word of caution there is some spots of coral so water shoes are nice but not necessary. Owner was very easy to communicate with also. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Condo in the Keys!

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can’t believe everyone anyone would give anything less than 5 stars. The condo complex is well maintained, amenities are perfect. Pool is warm. Condo itself was as described and fit out needs well. Beach has sea grass, but that’s literally how all beaches in the keys are. Look forward to returning sometime soon!

This is our gateway destination that brings us happiness and peace. Here, time slows down and let us enjoy every moment. This is the place that we immediately fell in love with, and it became our home away from home. There is no other place like The Keys.

What makes this property unique

It is a quiet, family friendly place close to all activities that we love and many restaurants that we enjoy visiting. Our condominium has a beautiful private beach with beach chairs and tiki house on the shore. You can paddle board, snorkel or just enjoy the sun and the water just steps away from our apartment. You can walk one block to a famous Sunset Park where you can experience the most beautiful sunsets. You can walk to wonderful restaurants and enjoy their dinning and evening band entertainment. And just a short bike/car ride you can golf or play basketball or pickle ball.
