Keywords: A mesmerizing view, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath oceanfront unit. First floor unit (elevated) overlooks the pool and beach. Beautiful view from the screened porch and living area. Master bedroom has a king size bed with gorgeous views and a french door leading to the screened patio, second bedroom has 2 twins (that can be made into a King) and there is a pull out couch in the living room for guests. We also have a very nice inflatable Queen Bed. Nicely furnished with a tropical decor. Heated pool in the winter months, and a very long sandy beach. The Atlantic Ocean is within steps of this unit. Tennis court. Stairs and elevator. We are also across the street from a paved bicycle trail and right next door to the Coco Plum Beach. The beaches are protected because of the sea turtles and are natural.

Some recent updates... rescreened the condo with a finer (20/20) insect (no-see-um) proof screen system. We also use the Hospitalogy (anti-bed bug) Mattress and Boxspring encasements on every bed. We also provide dishwasher detergent packets, laundry soap packets, dish soap, and hotel shampoo.

This was the perfect condo! It had a wonderful view, awesome pool and perfect beach for the Keyes! We enjoyed shelling and just relaxing. So close to fun things to do and places to eat! The condo had everthing you need and was very comfortable and the beds were great!

The condo is as listed. The view is amazing. We were able to fish right on the beach.

I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in Marathon. It's next to the beach, excellent views, close to restaurants and attractions for children.

Wonderful & Warm Vacation

We just returned from a week of exceptional warmth and an absolute wonderful stay at this amazing condo! The owner(s) provided excellent info on places to see, eat and local fare & were so easy to work with! The condo has beautiful sunrises, terrific views and sound of the ocean waves. We would recommend this place for anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing get away. We enjoyed ourselves and miss it already!

Well, I am married to a great wife and have 4 adult children. We have been doing Vacation Rentals since 2012. We have 3 properties in Marathon, FL, two condos and a 4 bedroom house on the ocean. We spend a lot of time traveling, lately on our Harley. We are having the time of our lives with running our Vacation Rental Business and living the dream mostly in Wisconsin.

Why they chose this property

I first went to Marathon, Florida when I was 10 years old back in the 70's. My Brother had moved there and worked at Fisherman's Hospital. I fell in love with the ocean and snorkeling. Well he moved away from the Keys in the late 70's and I had never been back. I rented a place in Marathon around 2009 and took my family down there for Spring Break. They had the time of their lives! So the opportunity to buy this unit came up and I fell in love with the view and the location. I actually put an offer on the Unit without actually seeing it, other than in Pictures. The Condo is right next to a Natural long beach in Marathon. This was too good to be true. So I took the risk and bought the unit... The rest is history.

What makes this property unique

This unit has the Million Dollar View... The pool, Palm Trees, Beach and the Ocean! It is quite Amazing. Right next to the unit is a hidden pond/lake. There is a lot of Wildlife that lives, tucked away, back there. Also, there is the Coco Plum Beach. This is a Natural (protected) beach and is about a mile long. We are the last place next to this protected beach. Large Sea Turtles will lay their eggs up in the sand so Marathon protects this habitat. Also, you can wade in the water and fish right in front of the unit and actually catch fish. Just use some shrimp and you will be sure to get a bite. I caught a baracuda and a puffer fish last time I was there.

We are located right next to a bike path. I have 2 bicycles and a 10ft. tandem Kayak to use as well.
