This modern holiday home in the small village of ian is located just a few minutes from beautiful pebble and rocky beaches, which are not overcrowded even during the summer months. The fenced, well-kept garden has a swimming pool and a lovely sun terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The interior consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious living room and a kitchen with dining area. A recreation room with a few games such as table tennis, billiards, darts and table football will keep the whole family entertained. The proximity to the popular towns of Medulin and Pula is certainly another advantage of this holiday home, as you will have the opportunity to see historical and cultural sights as well as many tourist attractions during your stay.
