Why they chose this property
My house includes main level and upper floor. The main floor is open concept with kitchen, dining, living room, bedroom/office with queen murphy bed & a 2 piece bathroom. The main floor looks onto the pool area and backyard to keep an eye on the kids while playing. The upper floor has three bedrooms and an office area. Master bedroom is large with enough space to put up a queen blow up mattress, crib, playpen etc. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds. The covered patio has plenty of room to BBQ and entertain in our new fully equipped outdoor kitchen with bar fridge, patio table, BBQ, sink, sectional sofa & fire table. Plenty of room in our backyard Oasis with new 4 hole putting green for the avid golfer, play giant jenga, bean bag toss etc. We are conveniently located close to beaches, shopping, wineries and everything else The Peach City has to offer. Come experience our Okanagan Life Style with many events throughout the summer. Peach City Beach Cruise, Elvis Festival, Peach Fest, Ironman and Grand Fondo.
