It's time to relax and unwind at "Sea La Vie"! And that's exactly what it's set up to do! Great balcony that overlooks the White Sandy beaches is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine! OWNER MANAGED .....Our Guests are our Top Priority!
* LOW DENSITY complex, FAMILY FRIENDLY (only 40 condos in complex).
* One covered parking space for "Tropic Isles 602" guests is conveniently located by the elevator / luggage carts. We are allowed only one parking pass per unit as this is a one-bedroom condo. However, there is public parking near the condo (2 condo's down on the beachside and across the street near the hangout). If you check "google maps" for parking near your address, it will show you places to park that are within walking distance to restaurants and Tropic Isle. You can also pay for parking at Pier 33 if you want to reserve a spot there. We just can't guarantee that a second car will not get towed without a pass on the windshield at the condo.

To the east of Gulf Shores, it is a 45 minute drive to Pensacola, Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one-hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile.
This condo is a smoke free facility and you must be 25 years of age to rent here. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.
**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and cell number for texting or a contact number. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information.
*** Guests are required to provide credit card information for a security deposit. A $300 security hold will be placed on your credit card. The security hold will be released if there are no damages when you depart.
***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.
**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your Stay.
NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.

Great place! So clean and they have great communication! Excellent location and very walkable! Beach service is awesome and they have a covered parking spot! Nice pool and great boardwalk from the pool to ocean! Definitely would stay here again!

Great, clean place to stay!
Love this location! It’s a great spot right on the beach and within walking distance to some great restaurants, shops, and desserts! Friendly and helpful owners who make it easy for check-in and communication. We’ll be back!
The condo itself was fantastic. It was very clean and renovated. There was a great view looking over the beach. Rebekah was very quick with responses and knowledgeable with anything I had questions about. We had 1 covered parking spot that was right next to the elevator, so packing and unpacking was a breeze. I was able to leave all the sandy items in the back of the truck so I didn’t have to take them and scatter sand in the living area.
The view was lovely, and the beach was spectacular. It was so nice to have the chairs and umbrella provided. Steps to the beach, and the pool was very nice and well maintained. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance including the Hangout, which was a lot of fun for the kids. The condo was well stocked, and we didn’t want for anything while we were there.
We had the best time! The host was so helpful. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The views can’t be beat and we loved the location and having the pools and beach only steps away. It was nice having beach chairs and toys available to use also. We recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again!
Excellent place to stay on the beach. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the warmest, but the heated pool really helped with that. A lot of great places within a 5-10 minute walk. We were more than happy with our condo. Everything went great. I never even had to reach out to the owner, she was always 1 step ahead of me, had crystal clear instructions messaged to me before I ever had to ask. Condo came pretty well stocked with everything you needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfection!
An amazing place to stay! So clean and welcoming. The balcony has an amazing view and the beach access is amazing! Having covered parking is so nice along with the beach access including umbrella and chairs.

Great relaxing getaway!
This was our second time staying at Sea La Vie. We enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The condo is so nice & cozy. We also really enjoyed the complementary umbrella and chairs service on the beach. It was a great relaxing getaway!
The location, cleanliness, communication, and just everything overall was top notch. We enjoyed our stay so much. This was probably the cleanest condo I have stayed in. The host was amazing and answered every question I had promptly. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
Great condo, clean and perfectly located in walking distance of souvenir shops and seafood dinning. The ice cream shop named Scoops is our favorite place to visit for sweets.

Why they chose this property
Location Location Location!! This property doesn't get any better! When we first drove down to Gulf Shores we fell in love with this area. The parks and recreation areas are amazing, sidewalks are wide. Folks walking and riding bikes to many of the restaurants and shops nearby. This complex is smaller with less condo units in the building, but it still offers the same amenities as the larger complexes. The thing I really noticed was how clean the balconies and walkways are. The maintenance department does a really good job of keeping things looking and smelling nice! Then you walked out onto the balcony. That's what did it for me! My favorite place to start and end my day!!!

Because there are less condos in this complex it means you will have less people to share the beach with! You are also less than a mile from The Hangout and many of the wonderful restaurants and shopping Gulf Shores has to offer!
