The Kitchen HAS STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES UPDATED CABINETS & COUNTER TOPS. It has a new table with 6 chairs. There are 4 bar stools and restaurant style highchair. MASTER BEDROOM HAS new furniture. A KING BED with new mattress. THE OTHER BEDROOM HAS 2 FULL SIZE BEDS.
THERE IS A SOFA SLEEPER IN THE LIVING ROOM.
CERAMIC TILE THROUGH OUT.
IT has a smart TV ON THE WALL IN LIVING ROOM AND HD TVs in BOTH BEDROOMS. FULL size WASHER & DRYER IN THE UNIT.

BALCONEY IS ON THE OCEAN FRONT. LARGE heated POOL AND KIDDIE POOL. EXERCISE ROOM.
CHARCOAL GRILLS AND COVERED PICNIC TABLES, A COVERED AREA BY THE POOL. Has 2 ELEVATORS.
It is CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS, SHOPS, WATERVILLE, ZOO, CITY PARK, THE HANGOUT and MUCH MORE.
There is a one time fee for entire stay for parking passes for this building. They are $50.00 each. Limit two parking passes for two bedroom units.
