Private: large, beautiful garden with lawn 470 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water. Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 2 km, café 400 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). Groups of teenagers on request only.
