Gîte du pigeonnier with swimming pool Périgord noir. LES PALOMBES 11 people

RENTAL 3 nights minimum. JULY AND AUGUST FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. 2 hours from Bordeaux, one hour from Brive, 30 minutes from Périgueux.
Shops 5 km away and many sites to visit in the surrounding area.
Access to the property by a path, one courtyard to access the unloading of luggage, and the other, to the storage of vehicles, caravan, bicycle or other in safety and shelter. Car parks and shelters, garages etc. are at your disposal free of charge. This old Périgord farmhouse on 20 ha of meadow, completely restored, spacious and very bright, very well located, we have fitted it out with great care and comfort in a modern and Périgord spirit, on a hill near Montignac Lascaux, Sarlat, Les Eyzies, with an exceptional setting, paradisiacal with its beautiful swimming pool of 12 × 3 m, adjoining a pool cover, very well arranged with barbecue, dining area and lounge, lots of space and tranquility. A path that leads to the dovecote with a magnificent panoramic view.
Large garden and games for children.
Reversible air conditioning in each room. Beds are made on arrival.
Everything is provided, there is no extra charge.
We are ready to rent and can be quickly on site if needed. We will be there when you arrive to welcome you and give you the keys.
This place that belonged to my grandfather, is very dear to me, and I would like to share it with many travellers, it is full of emotions, it is unique...!

Beautiful, well equipped home for ten of us at a family reunion. The area is gorgeous. The house is on the owners' property but they are helpful without being intrusive. We had a lovely time. Our only complaint is that there could have been a few more towels for guests' use, but otherwise, the house is very well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Extremely clean. Super relaxing. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Le site est magnifique avec une belle vue dégagée. Bien situé géographiquement, on peut rayonner vers la plupart des sites majeurs du Périgord noir sans faire trop de km. Pour le gite, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Je suggère cependant une matérialisation des dénivellations de la terrasse. La pose de bandes antiglisse de couleur foncée sur les bouts de marche en améliorerait la visibilité et la sécurité, surtout en période de grand soleil.

Nicole et Jacky sont des hotes d'une grande gentillesse, très accueillants et disponibles en cas de besoin.Le logement est spacieux, très confortable et bien équipé. La propreté irréprochable et la literie de qualité. L'environnement est superbe, calme et reposant. En résumé tout était parfait et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous recommandons cette location et aimerions y revenir. Merci à vous Nicole et Jacky et au plaisir de vous revoir.
