"The Cottage", is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath retreat of modern design and historic charm! Newly renovated this Designated City and County Landmark is centrally located in downtown Denver's Historic Capitol Hill Neighborhood.
Built in 1886 “The Cottage” is the only wood framed dwelling still standing in Capitol Hill after The Great Fires of 1910.
With original hardwood floors and 135 year old French pane windows and doors, The Cottage is filled with Colorado sunshine, character and history!

"The Cottage" was built in 1886 and is the only wood framed dwelling still standing in Capital Hill after the great fires that Denver experienced during the late 1800's and early 1900's. The Cottage is a registered historical landmark with both the City and County of Denver and was home to a late renowned Denver journalist.
