This is a beautiful beach front penthouse located right at the heart of downtown of Ocean City. It offers a clean, affordable and comfortable apartment to families, friends and whoever is looking for an enjoyable stay in Ocean City Start every morning drinking a coffee and breathing in fresh ocean air on the balcony. Inside the apartment there is a common area with two pullout sofas, flat screen TV, chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Delicious meals await at nearby restaurants, but for those who'd prefer to do their own cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty. The apartment is equipped with up to date air conditioning ensuring that our costumers are cool and comfortable. Guests can use the whole apartment and two free parking space.
*** There are steps to get to this penthouse. NO ELEVATOR.
This apartment sleeps up to twelve guests and is ideal for a family or friends visiting the Atlantic shore together.
The apartments do not come with towels and bed linens. You can either bring yours from home or rent them from management for a small fee. PETS ARE WELCOME! Charges are applicable ($30-35) per pet per night.

Head south half mile, to the top of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk for seaside fun and excitement. Or take the entire family to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park for a day of rides, treats, and midway-style entertainment, just one mile away.

Awesome Stay

We go on a family vacation every year and this was our first year going to Ocean City Maryland. By far out best vacation yet!! The house was in such a great location very spacious for my big family!! Yes there were a lot of steps but the view and location were worth every step!!

This review is an inaccurate description of the property. We have a cleaning crew on staff 24/7 and pride ourselves on cleanliness. Unfortunately this guest was unhappy due to poor weather and Ocean City and for whatever reason held us, the hosts, responsible. We have been in business for over 20 years serving friends and families alike and have returning costumers who request this specific unit because of the view, spacious accommodation and quality of the apartment

Very Enjoyable

Great location on the boardwalk. We had a wonderful time during our stay. There are lots of stairs to climb. 4 flights up to the penthouse. Also no internet or washer and dryer. Still very enjoyable and we would come back again.

Old and Dirty

Host was generous and helpful with carrying our luggage to the 4th floor but that's where the positive experience stopped. It's hard to see how this place passes inspection. We could not use balconies or steps to the beach and were told they were a fire escape only and not otherwise safe. Smelled like mold which could be seen in one of the bathroom floors. Sagging drop ceilings, filthy air vents, dirty laundry in one of the bedroom closets and a floor in another that felt like it was going to fall through. Outdated electrical outlets with no 3 prong in the kitchen.

We are sorry to hear all these things from you. The steps in the front of the building are for fire escape. No one can use these steps, they are just for fire purposes. Steps on the back of the building as you saw them are brand new, the whole deck and the steps were build on before the season of 2022 started. We don't understand your comments about steps. This apartment has a central air conditioning and we do change filters every 15 days. We do have a professional cleaning crew, they do deep cleaning every time customers leave the apartment. If you had any complain about this oceanfront three bedroom apartment you should addressed that to us at the time you stayed here. We take pride in our 20 years business and we do have repeated customers all the time. This is one of the best oceanfront apartments that we have.

Not as expected

We enjoyed having such close proximity to the ocean and the owner was very responsive to our requests. However, had we known that there was no elevator for a 4 story walk-up or wifi, we would not have made the reservation. None of this was clear through the description provided by Vrbo.
