Beautifully renovated Two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a view of the Gulf of Mexico at La Coquina Condos. All the furnishings are new and updated.
The screened lanai has a southern exposure with lots of sunlight, a refreshing place to sit especially in our warm Florida winters. The living and dining areas are open to the kitchen. There is a leather couch and lounge chair, a TV, and a table for 4, plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has been completely redone with granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and there are twin beds in the guest room.
Amenities include Cable TV and Wi-Fi internet, washer/dryer in the unit, TV's in both bedrooms and living room, covered parking, and a heated swimming pool.
