Apartment of 30m2 total with its terrace facing the ocean and nothing else ...
A real sea 😉 view
on the 4th and last floor of a secure residence, located in the heart of Lacanau facing the ocean.

It consists of a bright main room of 14 m2 including a kitchen equipped with a fridge, a 2-burner induction hob, a microwave oven, a "Nespresso" type coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and cookware.
We find a "snack" type dining area, a lounge area with a sofa bed, a full channel video on demand TV etc... (foreign channels also) and a coffee table.
Apartment equipped with Fibre internet 😉 (the only fibre one)

Also on the ground floor, a bathroom of about 3m2 composed of a shower, a sink and a toilet.

A staircase allows you to access a mezzanine of 8m2 attic under the roof equipped with a large bed of 160cm x200cm and cupboards.

To conclude, a west-facing Ipe terrace of about 6.8m2, equipped with a table and 4 chairs for convivial, unforgettable meals facing the ocean.

On a choisi ce quartier pour son ambiance unique et son emplacement idéal. On y trouve un parfait équilibre entre tranquillité et convivialité, avec tout ce qu’il faut à proximité : cafés, restaurants, commerces et espaces verts. C’est un endroit où il fait bon vivre, proche de tout mais suffisamment calme pour se détendre.

Ce que nous aimons le plus ici, c’est la vue à 180° sur le coucher de soleil, la proximité de la plage, l’esprit du centre-ville, les marchés locaux. Les habitants sont accueillants, et l’atmosphère donne tout de suite.

L’Appart Le Sunset se distingue par son ambiance cocooning et son style soigné. Chaque détail a été pensé pour offrir une expérience à la fois confortable et mémorable. La lumière naturelle, la décoration moderne et l’atmosphère détendue créent un lieu où l’on se sent bien dès les premières minutes.

Ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est la vue sur le coucher de soleil, la terrasse, la proximité de la plage, le calme, ou l’esprit “comme à la maison”. C’est un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer, partager de bons moments et profiter pleinement du séjour.
