The Blue Pelican 2 is a spacious newly built 2 story home located across the street from the beach featuring beautiful Gulf and Beach views. This luxurious home features over 3000 sq feet of living space to spoil your family without feeling crowed. The kitchen, living room and dining area feature breath taking views of the Gulf waters and Beaches. The Blue Pelican 2 has 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms with two master suites and they both have beautiful views of Gulf. The 5th bedroom can also be used as a sitting room/game room for kids. We also have an extra dining area for the kids. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the deck while using the outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the upper deck watching for dolphins and the shrimp boats going by in our sparkling waters. All the bedrooms and living room have Samsung flat screen smart televisions.

Yes the kitchen and seating were wonderful. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Our favorite was the outside deck, plenty of chairs, barbecue and fabulous views! We were there for my Moms 90th birthday and the whole family was there to celebrate. She couldn’t have been more delighted. We also got a chance to sightsee and partake of local food.My favorite was the sunsets and evenings on the deck. We can’t wait to go back!!

This new and modern house is really nice! The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful! The house was very clean and stocked with all needed essentials. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. James was very attentive and answered quickly with all our requests. Will definitely come back!

Great house and great host. The house is beautiful, clean, roomy, and well stocked. The property manager provided insight into local area and attractions and was very helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely location for our family gathering-some from Alabama and some from Louisiana. Our first grandchild turned one and his parents wanted to celebrated by taking him to the Mississippi Aquarium. This lovely location right across the street and with unobstructed views of the water allowed us to gather together to celebrate. The open kitchen/dining/living allowed us to cook, eat, and visit...as well as catch a football game or two on the big screen TV. There was lots of space for everyone as well as a dreamy master bedroom and bath on the top floor. There are game tables downstairs. We brought our bikes too! Would love to come and stay again.
Mississippi Aquarium minutes down the road. Great family friendly time with some inside (air conditioned) exhibits too.
Relaxing time drinking coffee and watching the sun rise to the East. Splended deck that just called for coffee in the morning and beach drinks in the afternoon.
Gorgeous view of the water across the street. Great biking and walking sidewalks available.

Excellent House for a Group

This house is perfect for a group. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. House was extremely clean upon arrival and didn't have any problems getting into the house. Great location with plenty of parking, you can fit at last 8 vehicles in the driveway. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful Beachfront Home

We hosted friends and family in this beautiful beachfront home for a 2 week stay. It had a very well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill area. 4 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the 5th has a bathroom immediately adjacent to it. The primary suite is large and luxurious. The household supplies (paper products) were more than adequate for our needs. We’ve already booked a return stay for this fall.

This place is amazing. Perfect for a family of 5 with three teenagers. Plenty of space. Plenty to do and the porch upstairs is where I wanted to stay. We have already rebooked it. Thanks for the hospitality of the host as well.

Daughters Wedding Weekend

We so enjoyed our stay here, and had plenty of space for everyone. The house is well equipped with everything you may need for your stay. The porch is amazing, and I’d say we spent the majority of our time on it! Beautiful sunsets. It was just what we needed for our daughters wedding weekend, and with 5 bathrooms, getting ready was no problem. Hope to stay again, but when we can enjoy the house more!

Great view and location, but

The traffic noise on the highway in front of the house and between the house and the beach is irritating when sitting outside on the deck. The location is great for all the things to do in the area. Several things in the house needed repairing but did not keep us from having a good time.

Great House!

The house was perfect for my extended family 5 adults, 2 kids, and 1 small dog. The location couldn’t be more beautiful. The host was helpful and accommodating. There aren’t blackout curtains so the sun comes in when it’s up in every room and the bed in the master is extremely high so if you have mobility issues you would be best advised to stay in the bedroom downstairs.

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

We had 12 putting the two kids on air mattresses in the master suite and it was perfect for the 10 grown folk. I didn't read this in the comments, but I think it is important to note that 4 out of 5 bedrooms have a bathroom in the bedroom, which is so nice when you are with family. This is a beautiful property, and the attention to detail is like no other. The location is fantastic, and this is just a great place to hang out. We absolutely will be back again!

Great stay!

Blue Pelican 2 was great overall! We loved the house, its amenities and the location. It was much appreciated already having beach chairs and wagon we could use, prior stocking of some key pantry items and a seamless check-in/check-out process just to name a few. The road along the beach is quite busy so we were never comfortable crossing on foot to get to the beach. On our first day we drove a few blocks west to a nice stretch of beach with ample parking with jet skis, beach chairs, etc. Turns out the people working there were a relative of the owner of Blue Pelican so they treated us very well! It became our go-to beach spot! Only issues we faced were low water pressure for showers and A/C trying to keep main floor (2nd level) cool. Given the heat that week, it had a tough time keeping main level comfortable during the day, even with everyone being conscious to keep doors and blinds closed. Top floor stayed as cool as you desired though! If we return to Biloxi we would not hesitate to re-book here! All in all, we loved our stay!

After I made and paid for my reservation, the lister canceled my reservation so that he could give it to someone else that had stayed there before. I waited for over two years for it to be available to rent only to have the lister cancel it once I booked and paid it. My brother is mentally and physically challenged, and it would have been perfect for him.
