Welcome to Gravity Chalet – Your Adventure Basecamp in Bella Vista!

Nestled in the heart of Bella Vista, Gravity Chalet is the ultimate escape for mountain bikers, hikers, families, and anyone looking to unwind in nature. You’ll enjoy full privacy and access to the entire 2,264 sq. ft. home, featuring a spacious open floor plan with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and a bonus room upstairs—ideal for larger groups or families.

Step out onto the deck overlooking the trail to plan your next ride or just relax in the peaceful Ozark surroundings. The Uphill Both Ways trail runs directly behind the home, offering true Bike-In, Bike-Out access. Ride just 1/3 mile from your back door to the Huntley Gravity Zone, or connect to the Little Sugar and Back 40 trail networks—all easily reachable by bike.

THE SPACE:
Welcome to Gravity Chalet—your cozy, adventure-ready home in the Ozarks!

KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, a coffee maker, microwave, dishware, flatware, and a breakfast bar with seating—everything you need to cook and enjoy meals during your stay.

GENERAL:
Enjoy free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, a washer and dryer, fresh towels and linens, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms are furnished with high-quality, new mattresses for a restful night's sleep.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed, en suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, soaking tub, and separate shower.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: Located on the opposite side of the home for added privacy. These two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo.

Bonus Room (Upstairs): Includes a queen bed, full bed, and twin bed—perfect for kids or extra guests.

ACCESS & SECURITY
You'll receive a personalized door code a day before check-in for keyless entry.
Please note: For security, the garage keypad is non-functional, and we do not provide a garage remote.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
The fireplace is decorative only and not for use.
Security camera located above the garage door (exterior only) will remain active during your stay.
No pets, no smoking, no parties are allowed on the property.

Awesome property in Bella Vista

Great place to stay for a bigger group when mountain biking anywhere in the Bentonville area. Tons of space, six beds, bike storage rack in the garage, and cleaning station in the back. Highly recommend!

Clean and centrally located!

What a fantastic place to stay in Bella Vista. This property is fresh, super clean, has all the kitchen amenities and is in a great location in BV. We stayed here for a golf trip which was the perfect place for us. It is totally set up for mountain bikers. You can see the trail off of the deck. Easy check in and out. Will stay here again when we return.

Golfers Retreat

The property was as advertised. We originally thought we'd have four or maybe five golfers but ended up with six. There were six beds with three in one bedroom which made it a little cozy for six adults but would've been great for someone with children. We grilled out one night and cooked lasagne on another. All the facilities worked fine. The home was neat and clean and was conveniently located for golf.

Gravity Stay

Great property with perfect location for our event. As in life, nothing is perfect, so when something goes wrong, how is it handled? The upstairs cooling unit failed to work on 2 very hot days which made sleeping extremely difficult. Notified the property owner and was given a partial refund as compensation. Would stay here again.
