Connie is the consummate host of this beautiful property. Wonderful view from the dock or the deck. The house itself is fantastic with many areas for large groups. It is our group's favorite house in Bella Vista.

This was our second stay at this property. It is the perfect getaway for our family. The house was clean and comfortable. The host was especially responsive and attended to all our needs. She is amazing! We would happily stay here again and again.

We have stayed at the House on the Lake several times and LOVE it. It is comfortable and cozy. It is right on the lake, just a perfect location. Connie is always speedy with replies and help. A perfect place to get away! Coming back next year!!

Connie the owner is such a great host, always available for a text or email if you need help or have questions. The house is beautiful and well kept. A great place for big family gatherings. We are going on 3 years of vacationing at this location.

We absolutely love this place! This was our 10th year coming back for a 10 day summer vacation with our children that live in the Bentonville area.Connie is wonderful to work with and her home is beautiful, clean, and has everything we need for big cookouts, family fun in the lake, and comfortable bedrooms so that we can rest or another day of funI would most definitely recommend this place, especially if you have several families getting together, reunions, etc. We are already looking forward to next year

No complaints with the host or property. We like to rent tritoons and pull tubes. Neither was available on this lake. We did rent a pontoon one day but kids couldn’t tube so one day they drove to Beaver Lake to tube & jet ski. The dock area was very nice. All in all it was a good vacation. We would recommend the property to anyone.

Lake house was a great place to stay. Right on the water with a cool dock area to sit on and enjoy the evening. Conveniently located near the various golf courses. Connie was really helpful and answered all our questions.

This was a great property for 8 of us. Having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was a huge benefit. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer.
