About this property

The lovingly newly renovated family home with approx. 100sqm will definitely meet your good taste. Fully furnished house with designer furniture in a quiet residential area. Very nice real wood parquet floor.
By bike at ground level in less than 5 minutes at the lake. There are shopping opportunities within walking distance.
In the beautiful 400 sqm garden there is a pavilion for relaxing hours during the day or in the evening.
Beach chairs are available.
2 TVs, once in the bedroom and in the living-dining area with cable connection
Parking space available.

Dog owners and four-legged friends are very welcome in my house.
I ask for your understanding that I charge a fee of 5.00 euros per dog and day. Thank you very much.

Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub am Bodensee, das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist Ruhig und die Vermieterin sehr nett. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage mit Hund

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Mit dem Hund ist man am Ende der Straße direkt im Wald und auch ansonsten ist man schnell zu Fuß in Unteruhldingen z B an der Fähre (nach Mainau etc) oder es gibt einen schönen Spazierweg zur Basilika Birnau. In Meersburg und Überlingen ist man in wenigen Autominuten.

Kleines, sehr schönes Ferienhaus, das alle Erwartungen erfüllt!

Wir - zwei Erwachsene und zwei Hunde - haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und günstig für die täglichen Gassirunden. Man erreicht zu Fuß in10 min Edeka und Bäckerei. Auch nach Unteruhldingen kann man recht bequem in 20 min gehen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Jederzeit wieder!
