Very rare and special condo in historical building, footsteps away from beautiful Lake of Constance.
All daily needs within 5 minutes walking distance.
The little castle is located in a big garden which you have access to by a few stairs down from your privat deck. Sunny and spacy rooms with high ceilings and cosy contemporary furniture,
columns dated 1635 huge deck, close to most interesting small towns and villages with great infrastructure and historical highlights several of which date from 8th century. in Überlingen only 10 min drive is a thermal bath right on the lake,with all the desired amenities such as sauna, massage all kinds of body and facial treatments at very acceptable prices. Überlingen is a very lively little town with great tradition, many very good restaurants along the lake promenade, important churches, beautiful little shops to find all the little treasures you want to bring home.
Boat, kajak and bike rental close by at very decent rates.Not included in the rental price!
Dogs on request. Extra fee
Like in every other rental around Lake Constance there is a tourist fee which the community charges for adults from the age of 15years old. You will receive a tourist pass which allows you to use all trains and busses free of charge. Some trains you can even take your bike.
Please also note that our prices are for 2 people. ) 4 Adults are not possible! 2 adults 2 kids welcome . 3 Adults welcome, dogs on request
Damage deposit of 300€ requested upon arrival.
Tourist Tax is 3 € per day and adult over 15years.Tourist pass with free train and bus transport.

A classy, beautiful apartment on the edge of Lake Konstanz

Brigitte was an absolute treasure to deal with and has created a real home from home in her beautiful apartment, a class above most stays we have done which we really appreciated! We had a really relaxing time and thoroughly enjoyed some time out staying local after lots of travelling, great lakeside bathing, a bar and several restaurants and lovely local walks and towns too. Thank you Brigitte for a truly memorable stay in Lake Konstanz!

We would go back any time...

We spent a wonderful week there and found exactly what we had hoped to find and what both pictures and description anticipated. A very tastily designed and furnished apartment for couples or small families with all amenities you need. In an area that is very laid back, calm and quiet, yet in walking distance from all a small town center and still close to the water. And a good starting point to explore the calm and beautifull area of lake Constance in a close proximity to many sightseeing jewels on the Überlinger See as well as on the Untersee. And in case the weather is not so good once, one can still feel very comfortable inside the apartment or inbetween the big plants on the private deck.

Empfang und Kommunikation mit Frau Heilemann war sehr gut. Mit Rat und Tat hat Sie uns weitergeholfen. Wohnung ist Ansprechend Standort zum See kurz auch ist die Umgebung gut, per Pedes , Fahrrad, Bahn und Auto zu erkunden.

Schönste Unterkunft ever

Wir waren 6 Nächte in dieser wunderschönen, liebevoll und individuell eingerichteten Unterkunft und haben uns von Sekunde 1 an wohlgefühlt. Vorab war die Kommunikation auch sehr angenehm und freundlich. Ludwigshafen ist ein süßer, ruhiger kleiner Ort, die Wohnung wenige Schritte vom Wasser entfernt. Schiffe, Züge, Restos, Strand, Park - alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Vor allem aber die Wohnung hat zu unserer Entspannung beigetragen. Positiv sind auch die Moskitonetze an den Fenstern. Klare Empfehlung von uns!

Besondere Wohnung nahe am Bodensee

Sehr gute,informative Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit besonderen Details, wie Kunst,schöne Bilder und stimmige Beleuchtung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher,reichlich vorhanden, auch für zwei Wochen Urlaub ausreichend. Kaffeefilter, Salz, Geschirrspülmittel,und zweimal Seife für Bad und Küche, sowie Müllbeutel, Alufolie und Backpapier,alles vorhanden. Ein Katzensprung zum Bodensee,mit Stränden an denen Hunde erlaubt sind,wir hatten zwei dabei. Wunderschöner Bodensee,mit vielen schönen Städten und zahlreichen Burgen und Schlössern,alles sehr charmant und die Leute sehr freundlich. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, leider sehr weit weg,weil wir aus dem tiefen Norden kommen. Ansonsten würden wir den Bodensee auf jeden Fall öfter besuchen.

Wohnung im Schlössle

Die Wohnung in dem historischen Gebäude ist außergewöhnlich eingerichtet, mit viel Kunst und hochwertiger Ausstattung. Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die direkte Lage am See hat es für uns unglaublich attraktiv gemacht, da wir dort mit unserem Hund spazieren gehen konnten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich, jede Nachfrage wird sofort beantwortet. Abschließend können wir diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen.

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Großzügige Räumlichkeiten und Ausstattung (Schränke, Küche, Geschirr) liebe- und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, umfangreiches Wäschepaket, insgesamt in sehr gemütlicher Atmosphäre, wunderschöne Terrasse und Gartenanlage. Doppelbett ist für 2 Personen etwas schmal, aber es kann auf weitere Einzelbetten ausgewichen werden. Lage zum öffentlichen Park, See, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist perfekt, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür sehr komfortabel. Direkte Kommunikation, Abstimmung und Check-in mit der Vermieterin verlief reibungslos. Klare Empfehlung für Wiederholung.

Einen wunderschönen Urlaub

Well travelled all over the world find the Lake of Constance to be one of the most precious places,it just makes one feel good to be in this beautiful countryside,with fruit plantations,vineyards and the breathtaking views to the Alpes,if weather permits.

Why they chose this property

Living close to Stuttgart only 1hour 15 drive away from the Lake it was a must to not only buy one, but two condos when I was lucky enough to find these exceptionel places:One for myself and one for friends and for rental.
The building is a small castle which has been transformed into condos.Everything with in walking distance and if you take the car your are close to Swizerland and Austria, so much to explore!

What makes this property unique

As much lively activities as you want as much
quietness as you need and the knowledge of the incredible history just waiting to be explored every day .
Food and vine in the near by restaurants are always good
and decently priced no matter what you choose:simple/easy
or sophisticated .
Everything is very balanced and that makes you feel good.Very precious!!!
