Welcome to this beautifully designed open-concept residence located on a serene and exclusive neighbourhood. This spacious home with high ceilings and abundant natural light features 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, along with a large living room and a separate suite for a perfect blend of privacy, comfort, space, and style. The large backyard with a heated pool for year-around swimming backs onto a beautifully maintained golf course with scenic lakes, offering breathtaking views and sunsets.

The open concept kitchen and large living room area has access to a large deck overlooking the magnificent golf course. The master bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite master bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom with a unique seashell sink and walk-in shower. The private suite, perfect for families traveling with kids and in-laws, includes a spacious living room with a second master bedroom and a kids bedroom, each with a large private bathroom. The private suite area has direct access to an amazing pool patio - perfect for lounging, dining or soaking up the sun.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for 10 days recently. It was nicely furnished, lots of space, and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach and bath towels. They also provided several bikes, a beach wagon, and beach and pool toys/accessories. I was originally concerned about the location but it was unfounded as everything on the island is a short drive and much within biking distance. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group/family. They also welcomed our family dog!

Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this proper for 6 weeks while they were repairing our Sanibel home. It was verbally and visually as described in the listing. Ricardo provided us with his cell number and was available for any questions or concerns. He also periodically checked to make sure all was well. The gulf course was open while we stayed so I cannot comment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and served its purpose well.
