With such amazing views, you may even spot a dolphin or 2!! The townhome features an open floor plan with plenty of room in the living room for everyone to lounge, and enjoy a home cooked dinner created from the updated kitchen. Make your way upstairs to the second living level where the primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Another guest room also boasts a king bed and the 3rd bedroom provides 2 twin beds. The owner provides flat screen HDTV’s for each bedroom and the living room with DVD/Blu-ray players and HBO/Showtime channels.
Everything you need is provided in this 3 level, 2 story living space, including a ground level cabana with refrigerator and seating area that is easily accessed from the pool or beach, and a spacious garage to store all your fishing and beach gear. These are just a few of the highlights that make this unit so desirable.
For outdoor fun, you will find a charcoal grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels along with a beach wagon to help carry all your gear as you head out for a day at the beach. As an added amenity the owner also provides 6 bicycles & helmets, perfect for exploring Sanibel’s 25 miles of bike trails.
We welcome your pet with a non-refundable pet fee of $300. There are no restrictions on weight or number of dogs. There is a fee for more than one dog. The property sleeps 8 people comfortably

The location was fantastic. The accommodations were terrific. The abundance of beach accessories and bikes was a pleasant surprise. Perfect way to spend our Christmas and escape the cold.
The condo has beautiful views! The host was helpful and quick to respond. Sanibel is a sweet, quiet place to visit. Lots of fun restaurants.Take bug spray to the beach!!!

We have a wonderful vacation. This is our 12th year coming to Sanibel and this was one of the better vacation homes / experiences we had. The location, right on the beach is perfect. The views are to die for! The host, Jim, is an amazing person and super helpful. We had everything we needed to make a perfect, restful vacation. We’d recommend Jim and this property to anyone looking for a perfect vacation.
We had a wonderful trip at Jim's property. He provided everything we needed for the beach, the location was great, and his communication with us was wonderful going into the trip. He was extremely knowledgeable in answering all of our questions which eliminated a lot of searching. We knew exactly what to expect and we had a wonderful time in Sanibel.
Jim's place was everything I wanted and more. Quiet, small community of 4 townhouses, right on the gulf,, pool, and garage. Close to many stores and restaurants. Beautifully decorated.
We had a relaxing and wonderful week at Golden 4! The view is spectacular and the condo is very comfortable. We enjoyed the luxury of having bikes and beach chairs for the week as well. We will definitely be returning to Jim’s place in the future!
We loved our stay at Jim's place. He is an excellent host and was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations for the area. This condo is clean, the beds are very comfortable and there is everything you need for your time to relax on the beach ---chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cart, cooler and beach towels. We hope to return next year!
This property is in a great location, right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. It’s also off the main road so you can usually avoid most of the traffic. We really enjoyed shelling on the beach and sitting by the pool. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view of the beach/ocean was amazing. Bikes and beach gear provided. We hope to stay here again!
The townhouse is at the end of a quiet street and you can drive right into the garage. In the garage is a washer/dryer, pool floats, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, small cooler, charcoal grill, fishing equipment, and bikes with helmets. There is a lanai adjoining the garage with a refrigerator and table/4chairs. An air conditioner can be turned on during use of the room that has patio doors leading to the deck, pool and beach path.Stairs lead up to the front door and into the living area with a well appointed kitchen, half bath, dining table for 6, plenty of seating in the living room with sliding doors that can be opened to listen to the ocean. Out a side door leads down stairs to the deck and beach.Upstairs are three bedrooms one king oceanfront with bath, a second king oceanfront and the third with twin beds. The second large bathroom is in the hallway. You can find plenty of beach towels in the closet along with iron and ironing board. Hairdryers are in each bathroom. Plenty of restaurants have opened back up on the island along with shopping. Jim, our host, was very informative about the area and called to make sure everything was to our liking.
The property was perfect for our family retreat. We could watch sunrise and sunset from this wonderful property. We took advantage of all the added extras (bikes beach chairs and pool relaxing). Communications, attention to details and cleanliness were excellent. Highly recommend this gem.
Our family of 6 and our pup enjoyed a week in Jim’s townhome. The location was right on a wonderful shelling beach and right down the road from bike paths. Our children enjoyed the large pool shared by 4 townhomes. We rode bikes almost everywhere we went and we covered the whole island. Location was just a few minute bike ride to Jerry’s grocery store, shops, restaurants and ice cream. The home was clean and had had everything we needed to cook meals at home. Having the garage stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes was so convenient. We hope to stay again!
The location was great for shelling and such close access to the beach. The condo was very accommodating and spacious. Jim was so great at communicating.

This is a very nice place, clean and neat. Jim was so helpful he called us and told us the best places to eat. The staff he has looking after the townhouse are top shelf So if your looking for a place right on the beach dont pass this one up!!
