Start your beach getaway at this newly renovated 3BR/2BA Rockport retreat. Located just steps from Aransas Bay, you can see and hear the water from the deck while enjoying the coastal breeze. This home is also a short drive to Rockport Beach, Market Street Pier, and Rockport Winery.

LIVING AREAS

The home offers two comfortable living areas, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. Both rooms feature flat-screen televisions—perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare meals for the whole group in the open-concept kitchen, complete with granite countertops, full-size appliances, and all the essentials including a coffee maker, cookware, and basic cooking supplies.

The dining area seats four, with two additional bar stools at the kitchen island, offering seating for up to six guests.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and flat-screen TV. A nearby desk area provides a quiet workspace, and the adjacent full bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

On the opposite side of the home, the second bedroom offers another plush queen bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests and includes a set of bunk beds. These rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination and glass door.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Take in beautiful coastal views from the upper front deck while listening to the water and enjoying the salty air. There is also a patio table for six, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing with family and friends.

THE LOCATION

Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Connie Hagar Cottage Sanctuary, located just a 5-minute walk from the home. The sanctuary offers over six acres of natural grounds to explore along with an observation platform for birdwatching.

Downtown Rockport is only an 8-minute drive, where you can explore local shops and dine at many popular restaurants. After dinner, enjoy a relaxing evening at Winery on the Bay just 9 minutes away.

Rockport Beach is only 6 minutes from the home and offers sand, sun, and calm waters perfect for swimming and relaxing. The area also features the Texas Maritime Museum and the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor, fun attractions for visitors of all ages.

Market Street Pier, just 3 minutes away, is a great place to watch fishermen bring in their catch or take a romantic evening stroll.

Due to the coastal location of our properties, guests may encounter wildlife or insects. Please remain aware of your surroundings, use caution when driving at night, and supervise children while outdoors. All homes receive regular pest control service; however, this does not guarantee that insects or pests will never be present.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
