Conveniently located in the heart of South Padre Island, this spacious 3BR/2.5BA condo is the ideal vacation getaway. Enjoy close proximity to popular area restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment. Walk just 350 yards to the beach. Or stay home and enjoy the quiet seclusion of a fenced backyard pool! There’s even a large patio, gas grill, and dining area.
LIVING AREA
Make yourself at home in a roomy and open living area that boasts comfortable furnishings, island-themed decor, a floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and tiled flooring throughout. Unwind with a movie on the 44” flat-screen TV. There’s comfy seating for five on a couch and love seat.
KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will love the modern kitchen, replete with sleek blue granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and a full suite of appliances -- including a microwave, dishwasher, and electric range.
When it’s time to eat, the dining room table seats six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.
The tranquil master suite has a stately king-size bed, a tube TV, and a balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
The second and third guest rooms are each furnished with a full-size bed and share access to a balcony that overlooks the pool.
A guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination, and a half bathroom provides added convenience.

Drive 1 mile to Gravity Park for an afternoon of family fun -- ride go-karts and amusement park rides, try the reverse bungee, or play a round of mini-golf. Travel 3 miles to Schlitterbahn Waterpark for indoor/outdoor waterpark fun.
Head 2 miles to South Padre Island Birding & Nature Center for bird-watching and interactive exhibits. And it’s only 5 miles to the Port Isabel Lighthouse State Historical Park & Museum.

The pool was warm, the beach was close by, the rooms were spacious and it has a nice kitchen bar to provide more seating. Unfortunately, the internet WiFi never worked and a few towel hooks came off the walls/shower during use but overall it was everything we needed for the price we wanted! Would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay. Beds were comfy and we had all we needed there. Excellent location, we walked to a lot of places. We enjoyed the balconies for sunrise and sunset. And the pool out back was lovely. Will definitely keep your home in mind for our next trip.
Place was very clean. Walking distance to the beach. Had everything you could need.
Definitely would stay here again when in South Parde.

Very Relaxing Vacay
Enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as described and very clean. The pool was also very clean. Liked the clear instructions for arrival and departure. Will definitely return!!
We really enjoyed the pool and great location. It was a nice quiet place. There were a few minor repairs that could have been made to make it’s appearance better but it did not effect the stay. We definitely stay again for the price.

Great spot near the beach!
Great spot .. easy walk to the beach. Far enough from the main bar area, but close enough to have some fun. We NEVER heard the neighbors, so walls are not thin. Plenty of room! Highly recommend. And the pool was very well taken care of.
We stayed for a month. When we checked in the house was very clean. The management company did responded quickly to issues we had. A few items should have been at the house that we had to go buy ourselves Such a broom, cleaning supplies.

We loved the privacy of the condo and close to beach access. Had pretty much everything we needed. The cleaning job could’ve been better though in the house and around the pool. One bed looks close to breaking so my kid slept on the couch.

My family of five absolutely adored this house! It was clean and perfectly suited to our needs. Even in the intense heat, it stayed wonderfully cold. We loved starting our mornings on the balconies with coffee. The pool was fantastic; my kids lived in it all day. The beach was a short walk away, and we appreciated the easy access. The house is next door to a golf cart rental place- which added to our enjoyment. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we're already planning to come back! Thank you!
This condo would be an ideal spot for a bachelor party group or spring breakers to stay. Could use a deep cleaning and coat of paint, and some updates to this century. Some of the appliances are broken. Overall it functions well enough, the pool was great and the hot water for showers seemed endless!
We are birders and beach lovers. Access to the beach was good, and we enjoyed the bird center nearby. The place provided a good atmosphere to return to each day after our outdoor adventures.
Checkout could have been improved if the request to put towels and sheets into the washer had been listed with the initial email. Also, there was no laundry detergent there for doing this.

Awesome house. The backyard was perfect, clean grill and clean pool. Plenty of space for the 6 people in our party. The balcony on the master bedroom is cool and you can see the bay from it. House is also well insulated, neighbors behind had big party and we couldn’t hear them at all from inside the house. Easy walk to the beach and bay. Garage was also super convenient to store our bikes, skateboards, beach stuff, etc.
l guess they have a tankless water heater? We never ran out of hot water

Beds were not comfortable. Blood stains on white bath towels. Sand in the trundle kids bed room. Inside the sheets. Dark stains on the other sheets. Pool was very hot and needs a good scrubbing. Mold in the shower and on the curtain. The extra long 10 digit keypad code is super annoying because you can’t just memorize a 4 digit code for quick access after the beach when you’re trying to get kids inside. The grill was nice to have and worked great. Oh and ice machine does not work. So buy ice bags!

Pros - Large bedrooms, great pool/outdoor area, convenient access to the beach.
Cons- Decor and appliances are outdated and should be remodeled or replaced. The ICE maker in the freezer does not work and instead the property has ice cube trays for use. The outdoor grill was very dirty and had not been cleaned in a while. The grill is also covered in rust spots. The AC works well to cool down the house quickly, but it is noisy in the bedrooms at night. The shower door in the master bedroom tends to open on its own and does not fully close. Overall the stay was ok, but for the price you pay, one would expect higher quality.

Great location. Poor management
Only a couple of blocks from the beach. Great location. Property was nice. Nothing fancy. Pool is not heated. Back area needed cleaned. Very basic outdoor furniture. Pool was dirty.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Sheets were too big for the beds and wouldn’t stay on. Only two washcloths for three people for four days.
No extras here at all. No coffee filters for the five cup hotel style coffee pot.
Bathroom items were similar to a hotel experience.
Tried contacting management for a couple of issues and no response.
Just not the same kind of experience we have had with other vacation homes. No frills at all. If you want something you better bring it with you. Bedding was just thrown in the closets. No broom to clean up sand from our shoes.
The property has great potential just needs better amenities and more organized with the ones they have.

Best part is the space
The house had great space. The multiple bathrooms and bedrooms were great. It is also nice having a pool on site. I will say very few updates have been made. The dishwasher had burnt bits in it, and the washing machine would not work. Also, the pool was not the cleanest I've seen. If you want plenty of space and aren't too picky, this place is nice. I'd pass if you are looking for something updated.

The property was a bit run down but overall ok. Lots of debris in the pool when we arrived and the exterior patios were very dirty and we had to mop them to not track mud into the house. It could definitely use a good refresh and deep clean but overall was ok for our week long stay. The pool was very cold at spring break and no option for pool heat but we knew that going in. Location is pretty good though it is next to a the busy main route through South Padre.
