Perfect get-a-way for the beach lovers! Relax on the balcony or take a very short walk to the beach (about 2 minutes!). Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and coolers available. Great fenced in backyard! Perfect for kids and pets.

Open floor plan makes it easy to relax and entertain. Flat screen TV. WiFi only. Nicely equipped kitchen.

Conveniently located on a quiet street in the center of South Padre Island. Close to the island hub of activity for dining and outdoor entertainment. The free island shuttle, THE WAVE, is close by to catch a free ride around the island. Can comfortably sleep six people. Parking for boat if arrangements made at time of reservation.

Perfect getaway

This cute little beach house was perfectly located to the beach and several restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The house has a beautiful fenced in backyard with a table and chair for outside dining. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beach towels and many beach items, including chairs, toys, coolers, boogie boards and coolers. Rose is an outstanding host and provided instant communication about restaurants, shopping and golf cart rentals. Highly recommend and we would definitely return.

Great location and roomy for family

We walked to beach each day which has easy access. Enjoyed hanging out on deck and grilling in yard area. Easy walk to grocery store, rental carts.

Everything was great. Rose was awesome. House was very welcoming. The only downside is from the listing you can't tell that the only access to the house is by 23 stairs. This might make it difficult for some.

SPI Visit

Our family really enjoyed our stay at The Seahorse! We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Fenced yard was a definite plus for our dogs! Short walk to beach was a definite plus!

Perfect for our Holiday

The home was exactly what we were looking for, for our holiday getaway. It had a great yard for our dogs and was very convenient to the beach. It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and stocked with the essentials. I would definitely stay here again!

Unit was clean, easy to find and well stocked with cooking utensils. Short easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs and shade umbrella help keep us cool and out of the sun. Plan to stay again.

Just like the title says, this was a fantastic getaway. A short walk from the beach, restaurants and stores. The property was perfect, clean and everything we needs. Highly recommended.

Perfect beach rental!!!

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have experienced. The pictures don't do it justice. Very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, pet friendly, updated decor with the perfect beach vibe. The host was so kind and responsive. Just a short walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants, shops etc. Would definitely stay here again and certainly plan to!! We ate at Sea Ranch for dinner and Palms on the Beach for breakfast- both were great!!

Great Gem in SPI

Our family really enjoyed this spot. We each had our own bathroom, beds were comfy, and the space was clean and homey. Communicating with the owner was very easy with any questions and she was absolutely lovely to interact with. Overall, great family spot with all the amenities you may have overlooked!

Family Vacation

This house was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. There were six adults and two dogs in the house and all were comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings with coffee and the evenings visiting with each other in the ocean air. I love the ocean and this was my first time at South Padre Island. We will definitely be back. The owner was very accommodating to our requests. A great place.

Always a good experience

Just finished another trip at this property. We continue to return due to Rose’s hospitality, the beautiful yard, the very short walk to the beach (under five minutes), the beach amenities (chairs, toys, towels), and having pretty much everything we need for an extended weekend trip. You may want to pack your own baking sheets/muffin pans but she has most other kitchen items. We love visiting SPI and this house is quaint and perfect for our small family to enjoy the beach.
