This South Padre Island vacation rental, located in a resort district complex right next door to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca, can be combined with several others in Gulfview I & II to accommodate groups as large as 60!

Imagine being able to walk through the grounds to the beach or to a fun family day at the waterpark. Enjoy the great pool/hot tub and grilling area that Gulfview II offers or hop on the Island Metro, South Padre Island's free bus transportation, to go anywhere you want on the island!

For a family with children or a small group of friends, this casual condominium furnished with a casual beach theme provides an economical way to enjoy all that South Padre Island condo rentals have to offer, right in the popular resort district. A laundry facility in the building and reserved parking in front of the complex add convenience.

South Padre Island has a variety of restaurants to choose from so you may decide to dine out every night since you are only minutes away from the entertainment and dining venues that South Padre Island offers. Pros It was nice and clean, the TVs are smart TV so you can watch your streaming channels, pool was clean and quiet, close to the beach, with walking access to dinning places, plenty of parking. Cons only one bedroom, no dishwasher.
