Enjoy your private beachfront balcony without breaking the bank. This tropical second floor studio will sleep 4 comfortably with a queen murphy bed and queen sofa sleeper. It is just a short walk through the gated pool area to the beach. 50" smart TV , cable and high speed WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs. The bathroom has a walk in shower and plenty of nice towels and beach towels. We supply a beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a cooler for our guests to use.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.

Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.

We are a mother daughter team who started as a hobby when I became an empty nester and my mom retired from a career in health care. We had so much fun that we grew our little business and now we have several units on South Padre, which is our favorite place. We hope it will become yours too.
Why they chose this property
The north side of the island is away from all the hotels and a bit more peaceful. Florence is located between Wanna Wanna and Clayton's and right down the street from Kelly's Pub.
