Just as listed and more beautiful in person! Perfect place for us and the kids for our wedding! Edgewater is always our favorite place to stay in PCB. Owner was very informative and helpful with our stay, would love to come back!

There are stains on the curtains. Water pressure extremely low and flushing the toilet takes a long time. I was not pleased with the condo too much. The view was beautiful of the ocean and the amenities were good for the kids.

Great location and communication for the price.

Overall very easy process and property manager was available anytime we had questions. We even booked an additional day and they were very helpful and quick to get that going. Great location and views.

Location was great! Beach was Great! Housekeeping prior to check was not clean. 4-days into our stay, we washed sole clothes, and found the towels from previous week still in dryer soured.

Great resort. Excellent view and access to pools and beach. Very safe. Living room furniture could be updated and could use a bigger TV. Kitchen could be stocked a bit better with scissors, more than 1 pot holder, a little more silverware. Unit could use a deep cleaning, but it’s mid summer and hard to do with back to back renters. Several outlets should be replaced. Patio furniture could be updated as it was rusted, but it was definitely useable to enjoy that great view. These were just a few minor details that could be improved. Overall, unit has plenty of room with lots of closet and drawer space which was very nice. Plenty of bathroom towels and bed linens. AC worked great. Staff was very helpful with fixing tv and burnt out light bulbs in a very timely manner.

A few things need updating. Just minor. I do suggest new pillows and a new master bedroom mattress. I have RA so the mattress issue may be me. This condo has the best views! Wow! Very clean! Definitely get rid of or move the beautiful glass table. I had to put seashells on each edge. It easy to miss those corners opening up the curtains. We will definitely be back though!

We really enjoyed our stay! The area was very nice and we really enjoyed the security at the entrances, all the pools and hot tubs, the restaurant was on site was amazing, and the room was very spacious and clean. We were also impressed with cooking utensils and appliances that most places don’t think of! The only downfall we had was at check in and trying to get our extra parking passes was a bit of a hassle but we got it taken care of and have a great vacation

Enjoyed the condo, and the views from the condo. Would be better if the kitchen was stocked better for cooking and had more kitchen supplies. Also, there was no hair dryer as said in listing.

Very happy with my stay!

Many ceiling tiles throughout the unit were stained and damp. Toilet in the guest bathroom didn’t always flush completely. Tub in guest bath collected water and drained slow. Besides these minor issues, everything was great!

We loved our stay at Edgewater! The condo was very nice and clean. We had no issues at all!! The view of the beach was perfect. No long waits for elevators. Both pools that we visited were great!! I have nothing bad to say about our stay.

The view and balcony were the highlight of this property. However, the 4 chairs on the balcony were so old, the legs were rusted through. We had to put books under some of the legs to make them level enough to use. It was surprising they didn't collapse when someone sat in them. The unit overall is in dire need of updating. The doorstop in the master bathroom was totally rusted through. The doors were decayed on the bottom inch of each. One of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room had a broken seal and was so cloudy you couldn't see through it. The kitchen had plenty of dishes. But only 2 wine glasses and 2 teaspoons. Upon check-in the door code we were provided didn't work. We had to wait more than 30 minutes for a return call to work it out. Maintenance came and replaced the key box, and 2 light bulbs in lamps. He was very accommodating and friendly.One of the 2 elevators in the building wasn't working every day during our stay.We thought that 50 for parking a second vehicle was too much when renting a 2-bedroom unit. The girl in owner services was not helpful, nor friendly.We used to stay at Edgewater Resort over 20 years ago. But you can tell many amenities have gone downhill. They had signs posted that they were working to bring it back to its glory. We would recommend waiting a year or more to see if that truly happens.We thought that renting through VRBO the units would have been reviewed and required to meet certain standards. This one did not.

Loved Edgewater. Great location

The skillets and cookie sheets were horrible. They were unusable. Sliding door from kitchen wouldn’t open. The mattresses should have been replaced years ago. So after having to buy cookware and mattress pads it was disappointing. One of the Elevator s didn’t work for 2 days. How to wait for over an hour to go down. Being on the 11th floor with 2 babies we couldn’t take the stairs. However the AC was cold . Wouldn’t rent this condo again until they made some changes. We also had a stopped up tub but Emerald Properties sent someone the next morning, so happy with them.
