We’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced during your stay. We understand how upsetting it was to have refrigerator issues after purchasing a large amount of groceries, and it’s especially disappointing that the replacement toaster you were promised never arrived. You should not have had to spend your vacation following up on basic necessities. We sincerely apologize that we did not provide the level of care and follow through you expected. We’ll share your feedback with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so these concerns can be addressed and future guests have a better experience. Thank you for taking the time to let us know what happened.
