Beautiful ocean view home on amazing Bald Head Island

Fantastic to wake up in the morning and look out over the Atlantic. Reverse floor plans home with 2 br, both with private baths, on lower lever. Master br has a private porch with a swing to enjoy a lazy afternoon. Second br has bunk beds plus a queen bed too accommodate up to 4 guests. Upper level with kitchen, dining area and living room. Enjoy the great ocean views. Easy walking distance to the ocean. I have memberships in both the Shoals and BHI clubs so a temporary membership is available to purchase for either. There are 2 four seat golf carts for your use. Not a better place to relax on the island

I’m a dentist in Raleigh, N.C. , just retired, and am lucky enough to of just acquired this lovely home. I enjoy traveling as much as possible and sailing. Have owned properties on the island for over 30 years and Bald Head is my favorite place. My languages are English, French, Italian and very very bad Spanish if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Why they chose this property

From the moment you hop on the ferry in Southport the stress just seems to drop. One of my favorite things about coming to the island is just riding the ferry up top with the breeze and sun. You can paddle board, canoe, charter a sail trip at the harbor, bike ride or just hang out at the beach. The house has an upper deck with great views of the ocean which is perfect with a glass of wine. I have memberships in both the Shoals and Bald Head clubs if you wish to make use of them. I’m sure you’ll have a fabulous time
