Our home offers level private parking w/carport. Kitchen w/ dining. A wood burning and electric fireplace. Smart HD TV's w/Fire TV in all bedrooms and living room. Enjoy family fun in our game room w/classic video games. Full size washer and dryer. In addition to the king and queen size beds, there is a queen-size pull-out sofa upstairs.
Our home is centralized to many of your favorite attractions and amenities. Downtown Gatlinburg 1.3 mi, Trolly Station and Food City 1.3mi, Arts Crafts Village 2mi, Smoky Mountain National Park 4.5mi, Dollywood/Pigeon Forge 8mi, and Grotto Falls 5.5mi. A list of nearby restaurants and things to do will be included in the Welcome Booklet onsite.

This home does not offer large parties or gatherings. 4x4 not needed to gain access to the property. Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs old unless authorized by the owner. Sleeps up to 6 guests.
