Great house near the edge of Calvia. Was here for the eclipse and really enjoyed the property. Parking was available on the street and in a carport. Would recommend!

Perfect

The House was perfect, even better than the pictures. It’s great distance from the store, and the town is very calm. The host Alex is super chill and answer every question we had, and was great at giving all the information we needed. The neighbors were also very nice. Overall was the house ans everything very good:)

A beautiful quiet location in a charming tranquil setting with an incredible view!

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Douglas that let us in was super helpful. Alex was amazing. The house was fully equipped and super clean. He was really easy to book with. And made everything really strait forward. The house is in a gorgeous little quiet village. But only 20 mins by car to Palma. We would definitely book again. We look forward to meeting up with Alex when we return. Thank you so so much for a perfect trip. Xx

Small touches make a huge impact!

We had a late arrival and the owner was very good about ensuring we had access. Internet was very important to us as my husband was working over the holiday and this was finer as advertised. The fridge was stocked with some drinks and wine and was a nice touch..made a late arrival very pleasant. During our stay there was a bit of inclement weather and he got in touch to make sure we were ok. The drinking water tap was also a nice touch - we sometimes worry about water source when we travel as not sure you can always drink from the tap so it’s nice to know that we can drink from a specific tap and put into bottles that were ready for use!. Kitchen and BBQ was well stocked. Thank you Alex!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch für fünf Personen sehr geräumig und für den täglichen Gebrauch fast alles vorhanden. Sehr angenehm war auch der Standort, sehr ruhig, aber aber in ein paar Minuten mitten im Geschehen.

Die Vorab-Kommunikation hätte besser nicht sein können, uns wurde alles erklärt, am Telefon Insider Infos geshared und ein früherer Check-In möglich gemacht. Wir waren als Familie zu viert da und es gab alles, um unsere 10-&12-jährigen Kinder glücklich zu machen: Hängematte, Wasserpistolen, Luftmatratzen und Tischtennisplatte! Wir haben alles benutzt vom Grill über die Kaffeemaschine, Musikbox bis zur Waschmaschine und alles war in perfektem Zustand. Der Ausblick und die Lage sind grandios. Die Finca ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sogar die Betten sind sehr bequem. Jederzeit würde ich dieses Haus empfehlen, wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit!!!! Vielen Dank, Alex!

Der Gastgeber war super kommunikativ und stand uns vor und während des Aufenthaltes immer zur Seite.Besonders gefallen haben uns die verschiedenen Ebenen des Hauses und der unten gelegene geschütze Pool- und Gartenbereich.
