From the living and dining area, as well as from both terraces, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the houses in front to the sparkling blue sea.<br>The apartment features two terraces, each approximately 4 m² in size—one off the living room and one off the bedroom—both of which offer partial ocean views. The comfortable bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom with a bathtub (en suite), and an additional shower room is also available.<br><br>You won’t have to go far for everyday conveniences: The complex itself offers direct access to the sea for a refreshing dip, as well as—in the upper part of the complex—a communal pool with an adjoining restaurant that boasts a fantastic ocean view. There are also two additional restaurants on site and a well-stocked supermarket for last-minute shopping (closed during the winter season from November through March).<br>The surrounding area also stands out for its excellent accessibility: the beautiful sandy beaches of Paguera and the idyllic pebble cove of Cala Fornells are just a few minutes’ walk away. The town centre and the beaches of Paguera are within easy walking distance and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you’ll find numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants, and cafés serving both international and local cuisine. The various beach promenades also feature many charming cafés and restaurants with views of the sea and the beach beyond. Cala Fornells itself has a small cove with fairly coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. There’s also space on the large stone terraces to sunbathe.
