This sprawling 1,400 sq ft home is your base camp for epic rides. Refuel tired muscles by the scenic Laurel Lake, grab supplies at the nearby Dollar General, and savor delicious post-ride meals at Cheech's Pizza (highly recommended!). Unwind in comfort with a king-size bed, queen, full, and even a futon! The fully-equipped kitchen (think air fryer & crockpot!) lets you whip up culinary masterpieces, while two dining areas and a cozy fireplace create the perfect atmosphere for post-adventure evenings. Central heat/air ensures year-round comfort, with a functional laundry room for added convenience. Heads up: Get ready for a blast from the past in the living room with its groovy 70s carpet!

The name "Sheppard's Holler" pays homage to our ancestors, who were prominent figures in the local community – sheriffs, postal workers, miners, and even midwives.
