Perfect home for a getaway to Queen City

This house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and perfect for our trip to Charlotte. Very family friendly and located in waking distance to the rail or a short drive to uptown but with plenty to do nearby…. And yet still having an occasional deer in the backyard! Highly recommended.

Good location

Very clean house, nice location to uptown and light rail/ stores, quiet street. Only negatives were minimal kitchen things (no detergent for dishwasher, no bakeware for oven, no colander to drain spaghetti). Also very uncomfortable beds with crunchy plastic mattress covers. Patio had nothing to sit on sadly. Room for improvement but clean and good host communication.

Foremost, we are available to answer all questions and concerns that may arise during a reservation. We encourage the guest to be involved with the host. We can explain and most of the time solve any issue. We take all precautions for a safe stay. The mattress encasings are a barrier from biological hazards, as well as to prevent pest infestations. The homes are fully inspected for cleaning standards as well as for fully stocked toiletries and supplies
