My friends and I stayed 4 nights, and it was perfect for us. A fantastic and very quiet neighborhood despite it being so close to many major roadways. We were able to easily traverse through Charlotte during our stay, and I would absolutely stay again if I needed to be in the Charlotte area. Fantastic!

We absolutely loved this property. It was cozy and just what we all needed. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, the beds were crazy comfy, and the overall style was a 10/10! The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. I would definitely recommend!

The house was clean very good lighting in every room. There could have used 2 nightstands in every room instead of one. Good area and close to downtown Charlotte. The kitchen and one bathroom was clean and had everything that was needed. Host was responsive on our communication.

We were THOROUGHLY Impressed with the property and totally enjoyed our stay at this property!!! The host really made sure that our stay was stress free by providing EVERYTHING that was needed for our 4 day/3 night stay. Each of the bedrooms had televisions and the beds were very comfortable; having more than enough towels, extra linens was WONDERFUL.The location was SUPERB...a quiet cul-de-sac with easily accessible restaurants, stores, etc.Being able to celebrate my grandson's graduation with ease by being at Samantha's property really added to us considering this property for our next visit to The Queen City

I usually do not leave reviews but for this property I have to. First off the neighborhood was very nice quiet very well kept up. The property itself looks nice from the outside inside is exactly as pictured and the level of cleanliness is off the charts. Smells clean looks clean it is very clean lots of utensils plates dishes for you and the party to enjoy nice open plan very well maintained inside could have been more happier for me and my family to spend the week at the property but highly recommend anybody especially for the price
