Nice quiet cozy location. The property was very clean, fresh scent, and easy access. We came for our church convention and stayed 3 nights and 4 days. It is 10 minutes from Uptown and many other shops are nearby. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s like a home away from home.

My friends and I stayed 4 nights, and it was perfect for us. A fantastic and very quiet neighborhood despite it being so close to many major roadways. We were able to easily traverse through Charlotte during our stay, and I would absolutely stay again if I needed to be in the Charlotte area. Fantastic!

The house was clean very good lighting in every room. There could have used 2 nightstands in every room instead of one. Good area and close to downtown Charlotte. The kitchen and one bathroom was clean and had everything that was needed. Host was responsive on our communication.

Overall the place was cozy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, tools, and pans for our needs. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the grass in the back yard was a long, so we weren't able to use that during our stay. There are some places nearby for food and groceries which is very convenient. The main gripe, we had trouble sleeping on the beds in this place since they were all quite firm.
