My friends and I stayed 4 nights, and it was perfect for us. A fantastic and very quiet neighborhood despite it being so close to many major roadways. We were able to easily traverse through Charlotte during our stay, and I would absolutely stay again if I needed to be in the Charlotte area. Fantastic!

We absolutely loved this property. It was cozy and just what we all needed. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, the beds were crazy comfy, and the overall style was a 10/10! The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. I would definitely recommend!

The house was clean very good lighting in every room. There could have used 2 nightstands in every room instead of one. Good area and close to downtown Charlotte. The kitchen and one bathroom was clean and had everything that was needed. Host was responsive on our communication.

Overall the place was cozy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, tools, and pans for our needs. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the grass in the back yard was a long, so we weren't able to use that during our stay. There are some places nearby for food and groceries which is very convenient. The main gripe, we had trouble sleeping on the beds in this place since they were all quite firm.

We were THOROUGHLY Impressed with the property and totally enjoyed our stay at this property!!! The host really made sure that our stay was stress free by providing EVERYTHING that was needed for our 4 day/3 night stay. Each of the bedrooms had televisions and the beds were very comfortable; having more than enough towels, extra linens was WONDERFUL.The location was SUPERB...a quiet cul-de-sac with easily accessible restaurants, stores, etc.Being able to celebrate my grandson's graduation with ease by being at Samantha's property really added to us considering this property for our next visit to The Queen City

Pros: Easy communication Home was cleanBeds were comfyCons:Pillows were thin and flat -used 3 pillows stacked Tiny bugs along baseboards and window sills - sent videos to owner and she was having pest control come out Kitchen utensils and cookware were as cheap as possible- please upgrade the blender so it will blend frozen fruit No ice maker or ice trays Overall, we would stay here again if we checked about bugs prior and brought our own pillows and ice The location is central and the price was right
