Locke Lake Beachfront Vacation Home

Enjoy your hard-earned vacation on Locke Lake, relaxing and making beautiful memories at our beautiful and modern lakefront home! Our property is located in the large, open wake area of Locke Lake which makes it perfect for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding (all included in rental), fishing and swimming. The house is located on a quiet dirt road off of Varney Road and is equipped with high-speed WiFi and cable television.

Our home accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults at all times. Children under the age of 3 do not count in the 8-person maximum. We do not allow smoking, large events, or parties on our property.

Enjoy our private 75 foot, well maintained sandy beach and dock, zero gravity beach chairs and in-ground fire pit which is perfect for relaxing by the fire and roasting marshmallows. Relax on lake time, enjoying beautiful summer days, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and star lit evenings on our private beach.

Our beach water area is spacious and is shallow enough for young children to enjoy a clean, sandy bottom, with a gentle slope into the deeper water just past the dock. Included with your rental are 2 paddle boards, two 1-person kayaks, one 2-person kayak, one 3-person canoe, and a 5-person paddleboat. Life jackets are provided for children and adults.

Bring your fishing gear! Fishing is plentiful on Locke Lake with freshwater bass, trout and perch (per NH law, a NH fishing license is required for anyone 16 years or older). Or just enjoy your day sitting along the sandy shoreline and watching minnows swim by.

Pack lightly! We are well stocked with sand toys, beach towels and board games. There is a separate play area with plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained and give them space from the adults.

We have three spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning and wall mounted TVs. The main first-floor bedroom has a king-size bed. The upstairs bedrooms have queen-size beds, with one bedroom containing a twin mattress (and an air mattress) suitable for children to use on the floor. There is also a portable Pack N' Play (with sheets and a blanket) which can be used in any bedroom.

Linens, pillows and blankets are provided for each of the beds at no additional charge.

The first-floor bathroom is next to the master bedroom and has a shower stall. The second-floor bathroom connects to both bedrooms and has a full-size shower and bathtub. Liquid hand soaps, toilet paper, bath towels and face cloths are provided.

The eat in kitchen is stocked with cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish soap, spices, air fryer, hand and stand mixers, basic baking pans, a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, bowls, cups, dining utensils and cookware. We also provide a second, full-size refrigerator/freezer for extra food storage during your stay.

From the French doors in the living room, walk out onto the deck and relax on the patio furniture and enjoy your coffee watching the morning sunrise on the lake, or walk down from the deck to the beach and enjoy your meals on the picnic table. Later on in the day, spark up the grill and have your dinner enjoying picturesque sunsets on the lake.

No need to leave the furry family members behind! We allow up to 3 friendly, housebroken dogs with an additional pet fee of $100/pet. There is a runner in the back yard which goes the length of the beach, as well as tie outs that can be used anywhere on the ground.
