The luxury new-build apartment is located directly on the banks of Lake Weissensee with its own lake access in the Weissensee residential complex. The 3 room apartment has 94sqm and includes a 17 sqm balcony with a beautiful, unobstructed lake view. There are two double bedrooms with 180cm wide double beds and a fully equipped luxury kitchen. Parquet is laid throughout the apartment. There is a large covered parking space for the disabled and an elevator takes you to the apartment on the first floor. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Your own private lake access with garden house incl. Cooking and separate shower facilities directly on the lake are part of the system. If you are interested, please send me an inquiry.
