The views from every single room in this condo are amazing! It is located in a quiet and tucked away neighborhood which is a lovely change of pace from the main parts of the island which see all the cruise ship traffic. We had a great stay and the pool located in the condo complex was a bonus complete with pretty sunsets.

Beautiful view, wonderful stay

The property has a great view from 3 balconies! We loved staying here, my wife and I were extremely pleased with the location and amenities. Highly recommend this place, would return in a heartbeat. Thanks to Philip and Whitney for recommendations and flexibility with check out!

Unit is old and shoddy. Kitchen was without power and refrigerator was running on a battery in the middle of the room. Two of the screen doors did not open and close properly and were off the rails. There were dead plants on the patios and rust and mold on the living room patio. The AC for the living room and kitchen was broken and repaired on our second day. Living room furniture were old and covered with blankets to disguise the shabbiness. No televisions in either bedroom. This unit needs complete refurbishing to meet the standard expected of a property of this price. A great view does not make up for the many faults!

While we are glad you enjoyed the magnificent views, we are quite surprised and disappointed by this review, especially given how quickly and attentively our team responded to your private emails to assist you throughout your stay. We always encourage guests to communicate directly through the VRBO app so there is an official record of our prompt service, but regardless of the channel, we made sure to act immediately on your behalf. To clarify a few points for future travelers reading this: Power & Battery: The refrigerator does not run on a battery. The Duracell unit is a premium, emergency backup power source provided specifically for guest comfort during common St. Thomas power outages. It was inadvertently left out by prior guests, but it is an upgraded amenity, not the primary power source for the unit. Furniture: Our living room furniture is brand new (and since replaced). It utilizes a modern protective cover to keep it in pristine condition, not to disguise shabbiness. Maintenance: We are glad our team was able to get the living room AC repaired immediately by your second day. We have also since realigned the patio screen doors and refreshed the outdoor plants to remove any traces of tropical weathering. Amenities: Our listing accurately reflects that there are no televisions in the bedrooms, ensuring all guests know exactly what to expect prior to booking. We take immense pride in our rapid response times and proactive property management. We will continue to go above and beyond to provide immediate, high-level service to all our guests."

This place is 100% as advertised. The views from the condo are fabulous. Waking up and see the ocean and remote island out your bedroom window and just off the balcony are breathtaking. The property manager Phil was the best. He ensured we made it to the condo by personal escort and walked us through everything. Quick to respond to text messages, even before we arrived. I highly recommend this as a couples retreat for 2 or 4. You will not be disappointed.

Phil was quick to respond to any need or question we had during our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4, with incredible views from every room! I would definitely suggest renting a vehicle during your stay, as the location is not near any walking restaurants or town. Make sure to make a grocery stop before you get to the condo if you are arriving late, this will save you a trip back out. The view and location of this condo was great for our family because we wanted to be away from the noise and crowds. Megen’s Bay is a great beach that is about 10 minutes away! We would rent this place out again!
