When we got to the security gate, they informed us that we were supposed to check in the next day. (Even though we presented the booking dates to them. We were told this wasn’t the first time this has happened). This was very stressful as we traveled a good distance to stay here. After some time, the caretaker was able to come and do a quick clean of the place from a previous guest. The living room and bedrooms were pretty comfortable and had a lot of space for storing your things (dressers/closets). Kitchen was nice but could use some more pans for larger families. Laundry was available and a line to hang the clothes both inside and outside. The backyard was not as pictured with a large grassy area and a grill, but rather a small area with an outdoor table/benches. We did enjoy the water cooler that was available for us! For sleeping, we were told the house could hold 10 with 3 cots available. Our family has 8 and when we opened one of the cots to set up sleeping, it’s really the size for a small child. My son had to sleep on the couch for the duration of our stay. The water pressure was VERY low. We were told there was a water shortage in the town but it seems like the water tank was never filled. We also woke up the last day to no power (at no fault to the owner). Also would have liked to see more toiletries. Pool and gym access available. Overall, this could be a nice property with minor changes. A great location with a nice view of the ocean from the front yard.

Good afternoon Jamie and thanks for your review and your patronage. Your arrival was a surprise to me. I have a confirmed booking for VRBO that you were arriving on the 29th. This was a surprise to me too. The low water pressure is a complex wide issue. There has been a major main break over the last 3weeks. They are working on it to resolve it as soon as possible. I am currently in Jamaica and is experiencing the same problem. I do not have an outside cooking area. The Complex does not allow that because of smoke disturbing the neighborhood. The cots are 20.5/15/7/71 cm. As for the guards offering their opinions they should stop. I will consult with management to that effect. I am happy that you were not totally dissatisfied with the property and highlighted the positive aspects. Thanks again for your patronage.

Our clients had an amazing stay and couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed the property. They even said they didn't want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back!The home was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything they needed. They especially loved having access to the pool and gym, which made their stay even more enjoyable.What truly stood out was the host's kindness and flexibility. My client's son graduated on the day of check-in, which meant they wouldn't arrive until almost midnight based on the distance they had to travel. The host was incredibly accommodating and made the late arrival completely stress-free. That level of understanding and hospitality was greatly appreciated.As a travel advisor, it's always a pleasure working with hosts who genuinely care about their guests' experience.
