Overall a good place to stay. Check in was easy and the place was very clean. The kitchen had all that was needed, plenty of towels/tp/kleenex in the bathrooms. The bedding was comfortable. There were a few negatives: a few broken items in the condo of which I took pics and text to the host upon arrival; there is no a/c and with 3 rooms it does get very warm (we stayed in June), one of the fans provided was broken which I text the host, also the water for a shower takes very, very long to warm up so be prepared to wait and one last thing, the pics taken of the condo make it look like there are 2 balconies, there is only one balcony (one of he pics taken from the 2nd bedroom window is somewhat deceiving b/c the angle of the pic looks like there is a sliding glass door to another balcony, it is from a window in the bedroom - but, the one balcony overlooks many of the restaurants and is nice.

Our team was happy to offer a replacement fan during your stay, and we're sorry it wasn't working properly. Regarding the lack of air conditioning, this is very common throughout Summit County due to the area's typically cool mountain climate. During warmer summer days, we provide fans to help keep guests comfortable. The hot water in this building is supplied by a shared boiler, and during the summer months, when occupancy is lower, it can take longer for hot water to reach individual units. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again on a future visit to the mountains.

A nice family holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is very dated, beds are worn, but it's in a great location and that's why you're paying the high price. Good layout and kitchen has a small assortment of cooking pots and pans.

The customer service, communication, and location were all awesome…my only suggestion is a little TLC to basics in condo, to make it 5 star:-The fridge was missing bottom shelves-The WiFi modem and streaming Roku device were only working intermittently…all the cords were tangled up and hard to identify.- the smoke alarm above dining table was detached (I reattached it)Other than that…wonderful! Our second time in this exact unit. Thank you for having us…we love keystone!

Overall, a wonderful stay. For the price, I wish the upkeep was a little better. The hot tubs are wonderful, even in the summer, and I loved being so close to so many restaurants and shops.

We return to river run every summer and never disappoints. Our condo this year was very clean, well stocked as we love to fix our own meals. The guest laundry was clean, and easy to use. Hot tubs were very nice, all three of them. And its always nice to have luggage carts readily available. GREAT PLACE

Great location and nice condo but the maintenance/upkeep is lacking: several light bulbs were missing, the toilet made a loud dripping noise constantly, a bathroom sink didn't drain well, the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling (have no idea if it was working). WiFi wasn't turned on. This is real basic stuff that should be fixed for the price you are charging.

Comfortable Unit

Fantastic location in River Run Village, walk to the gondola (ski lift) and restaurants within minutes. The property manager is excellent, very responsive to our texts during our stay (pilot light was out and toaster didn’t work). Comfortable beds, clean unit with views overlooking the village.
