Great apartment, great location.

If the elevator had been working, this would be a 5* review all round. Good apartment facilities, great shower, very clean and comfortable. The hosts are helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely consider this for our next visit to Rouen.

10/10 Excellent

One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in.

One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. First, the pros: Great location — right in the center, but also close to the Seine river, perfect for enjoying the embankments. Enough space — the well-planned design made it very comfortable for four travelers. Fresh modern renovation — high-quality plumbing and appliances, a huge new TV, expensive tableware, comfortable chairs, a round table, and quality windows. It’s very pleasant to use all this and feel that the host didn't try to save money on the guests. Fast communication — the host responds very quickly, which is always a plus. Cons: We didn't find any. Maybe an extra trash bag could be useful for future guests, but that’s probably all.
