One of our best vacations in LA

We have been vacationing in LA for the last 12 years. Our kids, now adult age, remember every stay we’ve had and we all agree that this was the best house we’ve stayed at. John and Chrissy were great hosts. They were responsive and ensured that we had all of our questions answered before and during our stay.

Perfect in every way!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property with my longtime friends visiting from overseas, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and a welcoming atmosphere. The breathtaking views were the highlight of our stay making every moment you step on one of the balconies a special moment.The host was nothing short of amazing, responsive, accommodating and genuinely making sure we had everything we need. I highly recommend it and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for company retreats + events

We had a wonderful time at the property and it was perfect to celebrate our company's 1 year anniversary. We hosted our team there throughout the week and then through an event 1 night. The location + space are very impressive and the host was super helpful throughout the stay. We would highly recommend this to any future guests! The tucked away spot is perfect for an event and we didn't bother the neighbors at all.

Spacious, Clean, and Super Comfortable – Loved Our Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in LA! We were traveling as a family and absolutely loved everything about the property. The house was spotless when we arrived, and each room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up — perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring the city.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the whole house had such a welcoming, homey feel. It really felt like a home away from home.Chrissy was an amazing host — incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting LA, especially families. We'd definitely stay here again!

Fun in the Hills

Five Stars Babyyy! I was able to host my little sister's 21st birthday in this lovely mansion. The views are to die for IN EVERY ROOM. Everything we needed was available. Even a grill, fire pit and outdoor heater. Sadly it was raining so we didnt get to use the pool+spa, but Everything was absoloutley TOP TIER! Thank you Chrissy and Jon!! We had a blast!

Excellent Stay with Beautiful Views

I rented this house as I had a lot of family coming to LA and wanted to be able to host everyone in one place. Christine was communicative, answered all of my questions prior to arrival, and made sure we had everything we needed after we were settled. I especially appreciate that the kitchen had all of the basic necessities (olive oil, foil, salt, pepper, coffee, etc.) which made it pleasurable to use the kitchen and cook. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans for cooking, towels in each bathroom, and the layout of the house gave each couple ample space to unwind and have privacy in the evenings. If you're looking for beautiful views and a large space to gather family and friends, this is the house for you. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Exceptional Los Angeles Vacation!

Fabulous home and service. My family and I had the most amazing time at this Hollywood Hills estate. The location was perfect, with stunning views of LA and the Chateau Marmont. I couldn't get over how close we were to the Chateau Marmont. The pool and hot tub were a treat at night to relax and view at the LA downtown views. The host communicated very well with us when we had any questions. We had to ask the host to turn on the hot tub remotely we wanted to use it and they were very responsive and turned it on immediately. This house and the host were top notch. And the views were unbelievable. Thank you so much, Dawn Capp

Lives up to the billing

Getting a house in the Hollywood Hills is a tall order - will it be smoke and mirrors or the real thing? This is the real day. Large bedrooms. Stunning views. A ton of natural light. A killer kitchen setup. Very responsive hosts who aim to please and respond to any needs - quickly and happily. It was all very pleasant, and the pool/hot tub is great. They were very responsive about turning on the heaters (which require a fee in the winter). It was a great vacation, and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The location can't be beat, and it's a really well-maintained house.
