Our three cottages are situated in the heart of the Donegal countryside and are an ideal base for a nice quiet relaxing break.

Enjoy your own luxurious indoor hot tub! which sits in an outdoor room 10 steps from the rear of the cottage.

Cottage 1 & 3 have a hot tub each, or if you prefer a cottage without a hot tub then we can recommend cottage no.2.

Each House has Free Unlimited fast Wi-FI with also 1000s of TV channels to choose from !

For groceries etc there is a Lidl store 5min drive from the cottages. Milford village is also a 5min drive away.

Nearest beach is a 15min drive.

The holiday home offers a terrace.

A bicycle rental service is available at Millstone Cottages.

Dunfanaghy is 21 km from the accommodation, while Downings is 15 km away. The nearest airport is Donegal Airport, 59 km from Millstone Cottages.

Tranquil and relaxing

We had a wonderful week of walking and exploring the very scenic Irish countryside and coast. Dolores's house was exactly what we were looking for, clean, spacious, fantastic location, with the added bonus of a hot tub to relax in after a strenuous walk. Dolores herself was the perfect host. She was waiting to greet us when we arrived with a wealth of information to about the accommodation and surrounding area which proved to be most useful. I would happily recommend anyone wishing to visit this part of Ireland to stay at this property.

Peaceful haven. Sept 24

We spent two lovely nights at No.1 Millhouse Cottages. The cottage was well equipped, clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable. Relaxing recliner chairs/sofa in living room with a big tv and plenty of channels to view. We had are own private hot tub which we enjoyed immensely. The area is so quiet and peaceful. Our host Dolores was so friendly and extremely accommodating..I would recommend a stay here. Thank you so much Dolores for your hospitality. Susan, Angela, Christine and Denise 😀
