NOTE: Appropriate for 2 adults and 2-3 kids OR 3 adults

Blue Tide is one of the most sought-after properties on 30A, especially after undergoing a $2 million exterior renovation. It's situated between Alys Beach and WaterSound/The Big Chill. This 1-bedroom, ground-floor sanctuary is literally 15 steps from our private beach access stairs that lead to our large private beach. Just walk out of the door and onto the beach! It doesn't get much better than that!

In terms of size, you won't find a bigger 1-bedroom place on 30A that offers unobstructed gulf views. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, cozy, and most importantly CLEAN!

Imagine yourself sitting on the patio with a drink in your hand as you watch the sunset after a joyful day playing in our crystal clear water and white powder sand beach! Our low-density private beach provides the perfect beach experience away from the crowds, while still being close enough for a short bike ride to nearby town centers for world-class dining and boutique shopping.

Want to head to the pool? It's conveniently located just steps from the front door.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and vanity so multiple people can get ready at the same time.

The living room offers a queen memory foam sleeper and a twin memory foam sleeper...perfect for 2-3 kiddos!

The kitchen is stocked with every possible utensil, appliance, and cookware that you can think of. It's perfect for a family who loves to cook!

IMPORTANT INFO:
- Reservations must be made by someone over the age of 25 and this person must be among the guests occupying the condo during the reservation.
- For health reasons, this is a non-smoking environment...patio included. If you need to smoke, please do so in the parking lot so the second-hand smoke doesn't enter our home or disturb other guests at Blue Tide.
- No pets. We're sorry! As much as we love pets, our association does not allow guests to bring their fur babies. Fines are substantial. Thank you for following our community rules.
- All entrances are monitored by cameras (no audio) for safety purposes.
- NOTE: Main guest will be required to complete a reservation agreement, including agreeing to house rules. prior to receiving access instructions.
- NOTE: Golf carts/slingshots are not allowed on our parking lot due to limited parking for vehicles. Most areas around us, including Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Prominence do not allow non-resident golf carts either, so there’s nowhere to really drive them. We do have bike rentals on-site and that’s the easiest (and most fun) way to get around!

ACCESSIBILITY:
- There is one 4" step up into the unit. Otherwise, the entire unit is on 1 level. Please note, the bathroom door is narrower than a typical bathroom door and may not be able to accommodate a wheelchair.

This place is wonderful! It was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was clean, had everything we needed and then some. The shower was great. Beach service was so easy. Tricia checked in on us and was very easy to communicate with. The whole process was seamless and easy. Hands down one of the most relaxing trips we’ve had and we would love to stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

The property is right on a gorgeous beach, with chair service- never too crowded. The condo is decorated so nicely. It had everything I needed (and more) to cook and all the creature comforts. The owner is lovely and wonderful to work with. Can’t wait to return!

From booking all the way to leaving, we had a very smooth experience. The room was great, the owner was always available to answer any questions we had, and the private beach was wonderful. And you are close to two great restaurants, amici and amigos. Overall great experience!

We highly recommend this condo. We have stayed in the Santa Rosa beach area for over 30 years renting condos and houses. This was our favorite. On the beach, beautiful sunsets, and a very well equipped condo. The condo was nicely furnished with everything you need for an awesome vacation. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at Blue Tide many times. This was our first stay at 5A. It was lovely. Trish was so very helpful. Checked on me many times before and even during our stay to make sure all was well. We love Blue Tide!

We had wonderful time at Blue Tide 5A. Condo was great and easily assessable to beach with great views from first floor. One bedroom was prefect for me and my wife. Tricia was wonderful host and communicated with us throughout our rental. Will definitely consider renting from her again when we return to 30A.

Amazing Condo

This condo was perfect for my family during out stay in Seacrest. The sofa beds for my 2 children were comfortable too! Tricia was amazing and the condo comes with sweet amenities....a great make up mirror, 2 types of coffee pots, starter set of kitchen needs, etc. Highly recommend! And bonus...the beach at Blue Tide is not crowded! It's a little gem on 30a!

This was the perfect size and location for my husband and I. Trisha went above and beyond to make this condo cozy and luxurious. The bed and the rest of the furniture was super comfy. Everything seemed top notch including the high end feeling towels and sheets. It was so nice having the chairs and umbrella sitting out for you each day, as well as the two bike that made getting around a breeze. I can’t wait to come back next year!

Always perfect!

This was our second stay and it lived up to our memories. Right on the beach perfection. So clean, well appointed, comfortable and lovely. Wake up to the ocean and walk down to your chairs and umbrella. I walked through the screen and our host was on it. I fortunately got insurance, but she is taking care of the details. I could not recommend more highly!

Perfect location!

This will go down as one of our favorite stays in 30A! It doesn’t get much better than being a few steps from the beach, and also being on the 1st floor. The pool was perfect as well for my daughter when she wanted to swim. This condo was STOCKED with so much! From kitchen appliances to beach gear. Communication with the owner was easy. We will definitely come back!

Amazing!!

This property was just as described. We have been coming to 30A for 9 years and this was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. The location was excellent and a quick bike ride to Alys and Rosemary. The condo came with everything you would need for your stay. It was ideal to walk right out the door and be at the beach. The beach isn’t crowded at all since it’s reserved for the condo guests only. We will definitely be returning!!

perfect spot

I have been coming to 30A for years and this was the best location for the price I have ever stayed. The view from the back patio was perfect and with our Bote chairs, we sat and had incredible views from the edge of the property. It's literally steps from the beach, albeit 50 of them down and back up. The condo was very clean and Tricia was very easy to work with. I couldn't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a more private, beach vacation. away from the vast amount of people in Seaside and Watercolor.

We purchased our 1st property at Blue Tide in 2020 and fell in love! It's a hidden jewel on 30A and we are thrilled to share it with you!

You literally step off the beachside porch and onto the boardwalk that takes you down to the beach. You literally can't get any closer! The way the units are situated provides maximum privacy when you are enjoying the beachside patio.
This isn't your ordinary vacation condo. It's our home for part of the year, and we've furnished it with comfort and coziness in mind. Now you get to enjoy it!
