The house is located in a beautiful location in nature only 5 km from the sea and seaside resort Crikvenica in Kvarner Bay. The ideal house for families or for those who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Guests can switch off from everyday life and discover the true relationship with unspoiled nature.
The large outdoor area offers a beautiful private pool with sun terrace and a gazebo (30m2) with a large grill, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Pool terrace surrounded by walls has loungers, pool shower and parasols.
The in-house parking lot is available to our guests. Free WIFI.
Living space of approx. 200m2 is distributed over 2 floors and each floor has its own entrance.
On the ground floor there is a family room with 2 separate bedrooms for 3 people (1 double and 1 single) and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
in the 1th floor there are living room with a comfortable seating area, LCD TV with satellite programs, kitchen with dining area and balcony, 2 double rooms and 1 twin room, 2 bathrooms with shower and laundry.
A few stairs lead you from the living room - balcony to the pool terrace.
