The kitchen comes complete with all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry room, a seating counter. Cozy fireplace, 70” TV in the family room, 55" TV in Basement, and 55” TV in the master bedroom. Free WiFi and Internet access.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

All the bed sheets, pillow cases those had been used need to be taken off and leave them on floors.
All the trash bags need to move out from the house to the big trash can. Big trash can needs to be outside on Monday night for pickup Tuesday morning.
All the dirty dishes, utensils, glasses, cups need to be loaded in the dishwasher and run it.

We had a wonderful stay. We attended our daughter’s graduation from CU Boulder and the house was perfect for our family. Enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook some meals.

We didn't avail ourselves of any of the amenities except to stay in the home to sleep, but it was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked and a dream for anyone wanting to cook there. Also, the owner was amazing. She and her management team were on top of every correspondence and request within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and enthusiastically recommend it to others.

This was an excellent experience all around. The house was actually more spacious than the pics represented and was well maintained and equipped. The host was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We had a couple of minor issues during the stay and the owner was quick to help out and even went above and beyond more than once to make sure things were taken care. Colorado Summer Trip

Family visit

Wonderful house. Family from different states met to visit mom in nursing home in Longmont. This house was more than expected. Great time. Family loved it. Never had time for pool but was great to know it was available. Owner was great too!
